Hi,Andyrain,nice to meet you.
I think all of them might have a wrong idea that the the intervieree were not reduced because of SARS.
Since the numbers of baby born should be reduced in 2004,it is because those people would not be pregnant after SARS occured(FEB,2003),courting the gestation period(about 10 months),therefore SARS problem just infleunced to this coming year,not our turn,should be next turn lar.Conclusion,we have many many ..........!!!
Anyway,my daughter also applied SPK on 21/1,just say "GOOD LUCK"!!!

Refer to stat. 2003 really has a lowest brith rate.  The info can find on web site.

I saw another post some time ago.  A guy said he/she arrived SPK at the last minute and his/her applicaion number was 14xx!!
