但我見Doctap/Randox  的lab accreditation cert 寫ISO 17025 , 但HK gov 要求係ISO15xxx，請問係咪都可以？小朋友4號返香港雖然唔知到時會唔會停飛，但都要準備邊一間穩陣的做檢測

I would say, no need to worry too much. The requirement by the HK gov is actually:

Documentary proof in English or Chinese to show that the laboratory or healthcare institution is ISO 15189 accredited or is recognised or approved by the relevant authority of the government of the place in which the laboratory or healthcare institution is located

可以， 昨天已經成功登機 (BA)， 另外Q group亦有人搭CX亦沒有問題

我們在檢測中心問過職員， 18歲以下要成年人陪同， 或者你可以致電customer service 02039293780查詢

Some additional info fyr.
If you use Doctap, only 3 hours or same day test services will have Randox accreditation. If you choose next day service (which is cheaper), the test will be sent to Silent.bio (in my case) which is not UKAS accreditation. So pls check with them carefully before you pick the right service level with the accreditation.

阿仔今日9:30到機場，CX Counter已經排長龍，職員檢查文件(Corona PCR test result+Accreditation cert.+CX travel declaration form 同 hotel reservation), 收走CX form同hotel reservation, 10:30 完成cheeck in 整個流程好smooth, 現在已經在登機閘口
