我都係咁，所有utilities係老公名，Bank account只有恆生滙豐，而家俾住張保險單頂檔，唔收再算！

我用jumio,另外亦去Premier counter叫佢幫我搞。不過counter只係影印，唔知得唔得。

信入面應該有講，兩種方法交文件，一係做certified true copy然後用佢俾嘅回郵信封寄返去，另一個方法係用HSBC網站內嘅jumbo system。你再睇下封信， Guide 1有講。

我唔見佢有得揀保險單做upload喎！差餉單有英文但係冇個item 揀upload，而中銀bank statement, utilities d 單可惜只係得中文，依家唯有叫中銀出張英文月結單俾我再試！

Oh my god, by the time I get the English statement which shows my address & log on the system today, the jumio tool is now permanently closed wef Dec29, 2017, I just miss one day! So frustrated with the process!
