我見到老師當日手拎住一疊問題紙，應該都係隨機抽問。不過好似個個都有問：你希望學校幾耐聯絡家長一次。

I did not have this question
I think the questions to ask is randomly picked

There is no absolute answer for these kinds of questions and I think the answers from different parents are similar

so really dunno how their selection basis

Maybe really on background
