Winifred102, yes I like TT very much and my twins also joined nursery class from this month. However, they don't have a through train to go primary school and fees are much expensive than Vic.

Gluemama, yeah our kids will be classmates. Sure u can spot us when the term starts :D

I also want to ask other mammies experience - will you let your 2 years old bb to go a full day PN (0900-1630) from Mon-Fri? of course they will have 2 hrs bed time but do you think it is too tough for them? Ap Lei Chau 宣道 accepted my son and it is a full day, I just worry he will be very tired and easy to sick...on the other hand, it can train him to become independent and discipline...

Full day PN really tough ar, I won't let my son go for full day.

And I prefer AM class, the time will be more easier to manage.

Just my opinion only.

I think you still have chance to change.  I know a lot of mommies even requests for change from one campus to another.  The school will notify the parents of the PN students sometimes around Jan/Feb each for reserving a placement for K1 in the following academic year.  At that time, you can request switching to morning session.  Of course, you'd better call up the school and verify this first.

That is strange..... they said they only have MWF and TTu class??    But my girl (small B) got 5 day offer from HMT.  I know she got the offer becasue my elder son is a current student at this campus.

I think there will be more seats available for K1, since quite a number of the PN students at Vic may switch to other famous kindergarten, such as St Cat, Kentville, etc.

Same here. We also like TT. Interestingly, I think if you do a detailed calcuation, TT is NOT more really too expensive when compared to Victoria. My boy attended two days of playgroup at TT and one day per week at Vic. The per hour rate is like HKD196 t Vic and HKD249. Yes, TT is more expensive, but I have to say the course is more intense and my boy learned more there.

Hi isakwok, the current monthly fee for 5 half days at TT is $7500 for Braemar hill campus.  Sure they will increase the fee again in the coming sep, and Vic is around 5000 and for me the difference will be 5K more as I have twins....少數怕長計:p

My baby only has waiting list (in fact = rejected) and we now aim at TT. Cos do believe they offer similar environment to kids? Any comment?

I did similar thing as you did.  My boy attended 3 days at TT playgroup and 2 days at TT playgroup.
And now he started nursery at TT for nearly 2 months.  I would say that the PTH program at TT is much stronger as they have 50% english and 50% PTH in each lesson for all their playgroups, nursery and kindergartens classes, whereas in Vic, they only have 15min per week.  For playgroup, I think TT and Vic are at similar rates with TT a little bit more expensive.
But for nursery and K1-3, TT is quite expensive (I think it's $7xxx/mth starting next academic year) even more expensive than Yew Chung half-day program.

My son is small b born in Oct 09, and he was rejected by Victoria, and now we are considering to send him to Rightmind KG, as Rightmind's teaching medium will be English and Mandarin, and no Cantonese, which is I preferred. Whereas, Victoria only offer small b for English and Cantonese class for PN.

Other than TT, it really quite expensive to me. I think Rightmind is a good choice, as Rightmind's tuition fee is more or less the same as Victoria. And Rightmind accepted my son for am PN class, which is perfect, but the location is my concern as well. They are located at South Horizons.

Any one will consider Rightmind?

Actually, I will search and apply other KGs for K1 to my son...

LPN, as far as TT Braemar Hill campus, I understand the places for pm playgroups are tight always. And for Nursery class. I heard they are full already for the am class and this campus require you to take a 5- day program if u wanna am class, pm class is more flexible, can be 3/4/5days. Agreed with Winifred102, their PHT program is v good and structured.

My son is now having playgroup in KinderU, I found that their languages (English & Putonghua) are quite good. KinderU and Rightmind are related, so I applied for my son for PN, I want to see the learning progress of my son under such environment first, actually, change to English and Cantonese environment is easy, and all the ppl in my family (other than me and baba) are speaking Cantonese to my son. So I prefer he grows under English and Putonghua. Whereas Rightmind's tuition fee is more affordable to me compare to TT.

Yes ar, my son already got an offer from Rightmind, am PN class. But the location is my concern ar! He is small b, and only 1 PN offer am class to him jar, and 3 PN only offer pm class. I am struggling at this moment. For sure, Rightmind's teaching medium is my preference, however, the others PN offer pm class to him are more convenient...!!!!!!

Woodland? Which one? As I know they have several locations. Is Woodland good and how much? You have offer from Woodland already?
