My boy is sick - runny nose and cough, perhaps, too tired of the
endless dictations / quizes.

We went to HK Zoological and Bontanical Garden for the GS project.

What is 心意卡設計和短文?  Is it optional?

How about your son, maybe yesterday was windy day, you went to the park and got a cold. Take care you and your son. Next week is a "quizse" week, our kids and our parents are both busy.

Yes, 心意卡設計和短文 is optional, but my kids liked to join them, actually it takes our time for finishing it.

Shall the GS project submit by early Nov?  We have no time to prepare it during this holiday coz we have to  拜山 whilst we also spent most time on completing the homeworks, studying the Eng dict, Chi dict, GS quiz as well as Math quiz.  Moreover, my son will has French quiz thereafter... aiyi...so many things to do ya~~

However, the progress of Math really speed up a lot, especially last week, my son has to complete at least 6 pages of exercise...haaa...  anyway, he still catch it up...

昨晚聽仔仔講番，話 Mr. Tang 上堂時，突發脾氣…搞到成班學生好驚，都唔知發生咩事咁話！   有冇其他家長知道所謂何事？

ha   no idea will check with my daughter to see what's wrong. Very busy this week, not much time to talk with her only concentrate on the study and homework.

My boy didn't tell me but I will ask him today.

He only told him his class was punished by Mr. Martin.

I asked my boy.  He told me Mr Tang was angry because the class was very noisy.  Many of the students were talking (including him ah).  It happened today as well - he punched on the table with a tissue roll.

My boy commented many of the classmates (of course he is one) liked talking in the class because they find Mr. Tang is not that strict comparing to Ms Ng.

I felt very exhausted with all the homework and quizes.

G2 Chinese has been moving extremely fast - we are stuck with the writing, workbook, worksheet... everyday.  I felt very tired, not to mention my boy.

Perhaps, it is moving too fast.  I find my boy cannot do all by himself - he could do the first 7-8 chapters with minimal supervision.

Yea....my son also told me that.   He said the students in table 3 are rather naughty and noisy.  They like chit-chat all the time during the lesson while Mr. Tang spend so much time on shouting and stopping them....ai....

I also asked my son if he's also noisy during math lesson.  He replied he didn't wor~~  haa...I don't believe, to some extend...haaaa...boys are easily influenced by others ga la~ haaa...

Yup... so many things to do......

Mr. Tang is not familiar with teaching & handling kids as his profile told me that he has experience in teaching big boy, i.e. IVE.

If so, school has to think abt to allocate right person to right position.   Mr. Tang is not suitable for primary but may proper for secondary section.

Perhaps, he is not strict enough.

Learnt from my boy, the problem maker is a boy and he disrupts the class almost every day, e.g. suddenly standing up and walking in the classroom.

I think students of G1 are almost same as last year.  My boy told me that they did not talk in class last year because Ms Ng was very strict.

I know who you are talking about, he is a mix and really naughty in Math class only. It's not fair for the whole class to suffer for such noisy environment because of  one student issue. Mr. Tang should give some punishment to him and ask him stand outside the class, or pass his case to discipline teacher.

Agreed w/ u that 訓導主任 should help in teaching such naughty boy and not allowing him to annoy the discipline of whole class, especially during lessons.

As heard from my son that there're around 10 pupils (P2G1) got 100 marks in GS quiz wor~  Duno if it's correct or wrong...haa...

WD40,

我地p2時考試卷都係淺架, 9x 都容易攞..... 現在小三, 發覺GS 的用詞又深左, 要用多小小時間同囡囡温習, 最不用担心係maths  so far 我囡囡都handle 得幾好.....

I encounter big problem in teaching my boy time duration.  

He is stuck - report the length of time  from one point to another.

No worry!  My girl is stuck on the time calculation as well.  At least, you have a companion with you!

One more companion here - my girl. Sometimes, she even cannot report the time shown correctly! I was thinking that even a 數學博士教佢都會比佢到氣絕身亡.
