This computer does not have Chinese writing software...anyway, my son did mention about two similar cats, called mickey and minnie...he said they are very funny...and didn't tell me the story......Mr Yeung = The principal? for the French lesson, the teacher sang a French song like ABC song....

Totally agree....Self confident development is much more important....he must believe he can do it, rather than i believe he can....well.....i am still learning to avoid to interrupt him experiencing failure though....

昨日仔仔都有講principal yeung 講故事好聽, 故事好搞笑, 仲背埋micky d 搞笑情節返來. 而囡囡話principal yeung 講是 the giving tree的故事, 很好聽很touching.

對不同年級的小朋友選恰當的故事題材, 既輕鬆又有教育意義, 小朋友不但加強了對校長的正面形象認識, 而對學校亦有歸屬感,這個開學安排挺不錯呢!

今日我會call ms. lau.  昨晚仔仔打電話去你家搵你仔仔問功課, 佢以為大家係同班,因夜比我stop 左, 所以電話可能響了一下. 昨日girls收到了english solo, 今日應會派比boys.

囡囡舊年都有參加鋼琴校際二級,今年都想參加, 但佢私人鋼琴老師唔比佢彈三級, 囡囡又不肯彈返二級,我都好煩. 其實舊年前年彈一級二級校際都是差一分第三, 我地家長都唔緊張, 小朋友的心態都是自在參與盡力, 咁多比賽, 實有時有獎有時冇獎, 但佢鋼琴老師又話唔彈二級就唔準參加. 搞到囡囡好唔開心!

piglet hasn't started with it yet.
I didn't give him any rubber band / string.
You just wouldn't believe how much it costs (very very cheap ga ja).

Yesterday even the boys received the Girls Solo piece !

my daughter is also in 1A. my daughter insisted to bring lunch by herself although I prefer her to order lunch box. I have the same concern as you and worry the food would not be good after it stayed in the box for 6 hours.
But, my girl refused to order lunch box...for fear that she could not finish at least half of the lunch required by the teacher. She said she could bring less rice if she brought by herself...比佢激到:;pppp:

Your girl has good sense of logical reasoning woh !

Piglet brings lunch everyday since P1.
No problem with keeping food in a thermos.
yanyan cooks the rice every morning, and piglet finishes everything everyday !

我阿女一樣食得少又慢, 等佢試完第一天的飯盒才知會不會有投訴--太多. 不過她見到張餐單時就很雀躍, 全部都是她的選擇.

You are right, that's the giving tree story Principal Yeung told yesterday.

Just called Ms.Lau. She is a very friendly girl. She confirmed Friday night is alright for her. The lesson will start from October as she is busy in Sept.  Price is $130 each, two kids can be learnt together. That's fine for me.  But after that she suddenly said the price may need to be adjusted as she doesn't know what is the market price right now. By the way, I hope the price will not be too much different with the one what she quoted.

Thanks for your kind advice. My daughter has piano lesson tonight.  I will try to talk to her piano teacher tonight. Let's see what is his answer tonight!

When the normal school hours start from next week, the best timing to check homework in e-class is around 5 p.m. everyday.

If you check too early, sometimes the homework has not been all uploaded yet.  
Then, you may see only part of it.

Sometimes, you may also see small discrepancy between homework mentioned in e-class and that written on the assignment book by your child.
In that case, you may ask your child to finish homework mentioned in both places if time permits.
Or you have to call your child's classmates to cross check with each other.

其實昨天我也有問Ms Lau學費...她想了一想便說$150/hr,我覺得OK....她可能並未試過教....妳即管等佢覆...我也不知她教得如何...她說中學時一有比賽便參加...非常熱愛...還說會考期間也照參加....
今日收到首英文詩....想嘗試教阿仔背咗佢先好唔好呢?

I felt regret for letting my daughter see the Campus TV regarding the "Lunch Time"
When she saw the BIG BIG lunch box and saw a teacher rejected a student's request of stop eating ( at that time, the boy ate half of the lunch), my duahgter felt scared and refused to order the lunch box since then.  

she was very anxious at night of 31/8 and I asked what she worried about and did she worried that she could not understand what the teacher say?

She said : NO, I worried I could not finish lunch within the lunch time...

she sometimes need to spend two hours to finish dinner..
