A proper balance between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids is important for optimal health. EFA’s are not supplied by the body and must be supplemented. Fish oils contain very little vitamin A and D, but cod liver oil does contain EPA and DHA. You would probably exceed the recommended daily intake of vitamins A and D if you were to try to obtain therapeutic amounts of EPA and DHA from cod liver oil. This should not be done, so supplementation of both is recommended"

EFA + DHA 一齊食冇問題架, 因為EFA FOR JUNIOR的DHA 成份好少.
剩食一樽DHA JUNIOR 也不會含太多VITAMIN A & E(D??). Dr. LAM 都試過俾DHA + Cod liver oil 我仔食架
