hi ivanmommy,
我估我個仔成日都有yeast overgrowth 問題, 所以另一家長介紹話dr ko有ozone treatment, 可以試吓.
但我上星期去見dr trodd時, 想叫佢寫封referral letter俾我去見dr ko. 但佢睇完個oat urine report, 話我個仔唔駛做ozone treatment喎, 佢話佢d yeast 唔係好嚴重   
而家又開一劑diflucan俾我個仔.
所以我都好有興趣知多d有關ozone treatment.

Hi Kawai,

We have been on Ozone treatment for about 6 weeks. From the point of behaviour there is nothing very different but the tongue seems to have less furring, the mouth is less smelly,the stool is more well formed and the perianal area is less reddened. But we do not know yet how many sessions of treatment has to be done.

Before we started the Ozone,we have not done any test for yeast overgrowth, Dr. Ko just recommended it because of the above body features. Actually we just have the stool examination sent this monday.
BTW, what is oat urine test? Is it done in HK or sent to overseas?

I heard that there's a recovery after using ozone treatment.  The kid was Dr. Ko's patient who suffered from yeast overgrowth as well as autism.  Have you heard about it from Dr. Ko?

ivanmommy,

My son also gets serious yeast problem as he always has great difficulty in poo poo.  Though he has taken two rounds of diflucan, the situation shows no improvement.  Dr. Lam said the constipation may not be due to yeast but because of toxic elements inside his body.   May I know more about the ozone treatment please, eg. is it a drug?

我都係聽另一個家長介紹, ozone treatment係將"臭氧"(gas)噴入"pet pet"內, 直接噴到去腸嚟kill yeast. 不過唔係一次就得, 而係要做一個療程(唔知幾多次 ), 詳細我都唔係好清楚, 所以想問吓一啲做過ozone treatment的家長.
我嗰仔食咗4個courses 的diflucan啦, 都好似成日又返發, 上星期dr trodd又開一劑(第5 course), 不過佢啱啱發完高燒, 所以想俾佢休息幾日先開始食.. :cry:

I am now reading a book 'Feast without Yeast'.  Have anyone heard of the book?  It said Nystatin to be effective must be along with dietary intervention.
