My elder son completed P.5 and his school report is not good and he wants to study oversea. Then, I applied through agent to find a school with OEA in a cheaper school fee, the agent suggested to belfast.

in 2012, i picked up my elder son and daughter to belfast of norther ireland and travel around there. She said to me, she likes to study there after P.6, same as my elder son.... Then, i email to school for interview and luckily the school give a offer to her in Armagh of norther ireland.

i am very worry ... up to now the school still pending my son's new passport ....

He will be back in 28 June 2015. i will pick him to take it on 29 June 2015 and have a Tuberculosis testing in Admiralty....

Then, wait the CAS and apply for the visa, is it correct?

In your experence, the step .....
1) CAS in hand
2) Apply thro internet
3) Appoint to provide the document
4) Get the visa

how long i can take the visa?
how many year to be granted for tier 4 study visa?
how about the immigration health surcharge for how many years, where to pay?
is it required to provide the post office address for getting the BIO card?
My son will over 16 in coming october 2015, if i apply in July, it means not need to report to police station.

I have buy the flight and will leave 16 August 2015, it is enough time to apply ....

I want to change the flight to my son earily, however, the school say not need, it is enough time to apply ...
