紫菜動物餅係爸爸買比朗朗做茶點, 不過我怕佢食到一身都係. 有時我會加幾粒羊奶片落snack box.
朗朗有講x紀宏同李xx, 唔知邊個攞咗對方個snack box,
要老師叫佢比番對方.

Any good recommendation of food to take to reduce the cough? I only know tht she shouldn't take carrot. She loves strawberry, can still take strawberry?

Thx for yr suggestion. I bought a soup pack from PnS yesterday containing dried pear & chuen bui. I'll boil this afternoon, adding 4 small apples.

Hope Sofia likes the drink.  

Over the weekend, Sofia taught her dad & me how to make movements for the song "yau chek ching wa did lock shui", she ordered the two of us to squad down with two hands opened. Then when she's finished singing the song she wanted us to jump up & said "kuak".  :

She wanted us to do it over & over again. Wah! Haven't had so much exercise for a long time. We enjoyed it very much though.

Just passing by, I asked Ms Wong last Monday when she called me whether to stick all 4 stickers, she said she asked the students to stick 2 stickers, but if they're able to fit all 4 in the page, then they could do that.
