Can anyone can share if kids are sick, they will see the nurse at medical centre at boarding school.  My DD had a sore throat but is unwilling to see the nurse.  She said nurse will only ask you to take a rest or drink more water.  Other boarders said this is the usual way to do.  My DD takes panadol she brought from HK.

是事實，一般多飲水同休息，出門前問醫生取了看門口藥，如傷風咳，肚痛等，有需要才食，之前見有post介紹用蜜糖，ginger茶都有效。

Thanks for your reply.  I told my DD to drink more water and honey.  Monitor the situation.  No choice!! because she is in UK now.

應免費的，學校冇列出費用。

終於在來年 9 月訂了 EK 單程機票 hk to uk, $5××× 全包, 30kg 行李, 都 ok

如果袛係喉嚨唔舒服可以响supermarket 買 Strepsils, 或者去Pharmacy counter 買 Tyrozets.  

http://www.nhs.uk/medicine-guides/pages/MedicineOverview.aspx?medicine=Tyrozets  <-- 感覺似香港嘅"得果定喉糖", 含有少量 Antibiotic 所以有效過 Strepsils.

Thanks Zenia.  My DD has taken Strepsils.  But I will ask her to buy Tryozets at pharmacy shop during term break this week. Thanks a lot.
