可能我係ｗｅｅｋｄａｙ　去，不算擠迫．　我入場先安排工人陪他們在門口的ｅｎｇｌｉｓｈ　ｔｉｍｅ看ｖｃｄ，我先買幾本佢地鍾意的書，然後安排佢地去”兒童天地”坐住等，裹面有兒童桌椅，ｖｃｄ，ｂｏｏｋｓ，colour pencils, paper, games, 空間足夠．　我同老公找好晒目標，再返去兒童天地同仔女一起去ｂｏｏｔｈ選購．佢地自己選的書，會珍惜些．　所以不用擔心，同佢地一齊去吧！

三聯，新雅等書店是用大布袋裝書，如果買得唔多，用佢地布袋己足夠，不用帶拖背囊去，如果買得多，帶個拖喼方便好多．

精工 - 賣那幾套英文書 ？
有 magic rainbow faries, magic tree house, Junie B. Jones, A-Z mysteries, Geronimo Stilton,  Jundy Moddy, The Princess Diaries, Harry Potter etc. 唔記得了，　因為我只留意岩囡囡年齡的書．　精工只賣英文書，在入場右手幾乎最後排．當然除了精工，其他Booth都有以上的書賣．

我見大些的男孩有買”Another chance to meet Chris Pattern", 10歲到的有"Darrien Shan 的果套書，e.g. Cirque Du Freak etc.

而女仔10歲到的見有人買：Rｏａｒｉｎｇ　ｇｏｏｄ　ｒｅａｄｓ的果套，　The Princess Diaries, Geronimo Stilton(中文版）以及Judy Moody, The Witch果套．

如果小一，小二女仔，可以去三聯，有兩本”Angelia's Diary(chapter book)$30 each. 我個女從細很迷呢隻老鼠，佢話Diary好好睇. 佢都有寫Diary, 不過有一半字有ｓｐｅｌｌｉｎｇ　ｍｉｓｔａｋｅｓ．

BS，原來你介紹的”ｍａｇｉｃ　ｓｃｈｏｏｌ　ｂｕｓ是Chapte book果套，我個女５歲己看完的果套是ｐｉｃｔｕｒｅ　ｂｏｏｋ．　

我係一個好長氣ｏ既人．．．．再想講多ｄ．．．分享下仔囡愛閱讀（英文）的原因．　
起步時好多時都是買受歡迎的如Angelia，ｍａｇｉｃ　ｓｃｈｏｏｌ　ｂｕｓ，ｄｏｒａ　ｅｘｐｌｏｒｅ，　ｂａｒｂｉｅ，ｔｈｏｍａｓ，ｆｒａｎｋｌｉｎ，　Richard Scarry等ｖｃｄ，或上網找該ｗｅｂｓｉｔｅ玩ｇａｍｅ，佢地喜歡後，才買或借有關的ｐｉｃｔｕｒｅ　ｂｏｏｋｓ比佢地讀．識字多了，便肯睇chapter books．此方法其實好ｗｏｒｋ．

-  Chin dict only (duk muk and bui muk), 1 pc @ time.  No Engl dict, but expect to spell some words then use them for Engl quiz.
For 2005/06, 2 tests 2 exams.

- up to you.   and depends on your expectations.

同埋係咪主科一定要全部合格先可以升班？

我收到學校寄來既校服供應商資料同價錢，我諗我都係會幫襯寶林，因為仔仔幼稚園D校服都係係寶林買。

哈哈 : 真係唔怕羞講句,我個細女中文好差 ,first term 唔合格得四十幾分炸,好彩second 合格, 我諗應該計總平均分數掛,來決定升班呢    好彩其它科都ok 啦.

一陣去 "豬展", 睇下有冇"正" 野可以買俾仔仔。我想買D練習同故事書 (中英文)，同埋諗住去埋國際文化村，唔知多唔多人呢？

Hi every TSL parents or parents-to-be,

Let me share share my feeling here la.

Having been a parent of TSL parents for a year, I am satisfied with the school. It is not perfect but it matches with my expectation.

PTA – Excellent. Most parents are friendly and well-educated.
Teachers – Responsible and nice. Most of them show the passion in teaching.
Students – Active and confident
Headmistress – Open-minded (not big nose type)
June program – Fantastic
Exam – Good arrangement: take place before long holidays and across 2 weeks. So parents have sufficient time to review with kids)
Campus TV – 2 thumbs up

Some comment that the school is as free e as international school. I don’t agree with it as I did see teachers request kids while lining up in the playground properly. Class line up nice can go back to classroom first.

Dear all TSL parents,

In the past, we always mentioned that topics about TSL would be disappeared rather quickly when a new one is created.
Since the creation of this new topic, we have seen rather constructive flow of information about the school life which is very useful, especially for the newcomers.
Hope we can keep this topic as a regular platform for all the TSL parents to exchange views and give suggestion for improvement.

Yes,  I find this topic very constructive too.  

BTW, I go to the book seller today but still fail to have two books, they said we can get them from the school on 26th August, 2006.  Anyone of you will go to school on that day???
