I am still searching for a suitable playgroup for Brian.  Kindermusik is one of the options.

Have you been to the Ocean Park during the holidays finally?  I was there on 26 Dec.  It was so crowded

how did your son behave ?  my son was fine this morning.  and, i did observe that many kids act in a usual way.  no one in PN class cried.  good !

Good to know that your son behaved well.  According to my mother, my son's behaviour was okay.  He didn't cry, but he missed his grandparents when they said goodbye.

Where did you bring your son to during Christmas holiday?  I brought my son to the Ocean Park.  However, it was so crowded.

Dear Doris,
We went to Ocean park on 25th and it's not too crowded, maybe we went early. We only stayed for a couple of hours playing th snow and kids kingdom. Since we have the annual pass, so we did not want to line up for cable cars.
Preston got sick on the 1st day of 2006. So he did not go to school these 2 days, hope he can go tomorrow.

During X'mas holiday, I guess everywhere is crowded.  I visited HK Disneyland the week before X'mas & my son enjoyed a lot.  As for X'mas, we visited Macau & stayed in San Diego Hotel.  The hotel was great.

By the way, have you even taken your son to a trip elsewhere ?  Me, I think I will do so when he's 3 years' old.

Sorry to know that Preston got sick.  How is he?  Has he resumed schooling yet?

Miss Hung returned this week.  Brian was so happy about that.

Good to know that you enjoyed the trip to Macau.

I haven't brought my son to anywhere outside Hong Kong as I think he is still too small.  He is too picky in food so it's difficult to find some suitable food for him.

Preston got rose rash yesterday, so he'll be home for another week, at least. So this whole month is a waste of school fee basically.
Actually, we brought preston to Canada when he's 16 months old and it's not too bad. But now i don't think i'll bring him coz he'll run around. Maybe in easter, we're thinking  a trip to Japan.
Miss Hung was sick last week?

It's really difficult to predict the behaviour of a human being.  How picky your son is in food ?  Do you get mad sometimes about this ?

Apart, would also like to ask about the sleeping pattern of your son.  I guess your son takes afternoon nap.  How long ?  At what time does your son sleep at night & wake up in the morning ?

Yes, Miss Hung was in hospital on the week before X'mas holiday.  According to her colleagues, one of her eyes was hurt by a ball.  She resumed her work since last week.  From the videos that my mother took for Brian, I could see that Miss Hung was fine.

Some new classmates joined PNB after the holiday.  Preston will see some new faces soon.

My son only likes to eat several types of vegetables.  He can only accept a small amount of minced meat.  But when we dined out, he used to eat plain noodles.  He refused any type of meat or vegetables.  In the past, I would get mad about this.  Now, I understand that I cannot force him.  I will let him eat what he likes and I will persuade him to eat more meat from time to time.

About the sleeping pattern.  My son used to nap for about three hours every afternoon.  He will go to bed after 10.30pm at night and wake up after 7am.  How about your son?

Preston finally goes back to school after a looooong holiday. He was a bit shy and did not want my maid to leave until Miss HUng held him then he's OK. Hope he enjoys school again.

I brought Brian to school this morning (last time was in August).  I saw Preston.  His eyes were red in the classroom but he was better during the morning exercise.

I guess Preston will be adapted to school life very soon.

Were you on holiday? I will not take Preston to school coz he would not let me go. My maid told me he did not want her to leave and maybe he cried a little bit. Did he do the exercises? I wonder how he is in class!

There were some special activities held today so I could be back to work a bit later.  Brian also didn't want me to go and his eyes turned red before returning to the classroom.

I could see that Preston didn't do the morning exercises.  He kept on holding Miss Cheung's hand (Miss Angelika was absent today).  He didn't cry at all.  I am sure he will be OK soon.  :)

I did send out a reply but for some strange reason could not find it.  Anyway, I resend the message.

On the contrary, my son loves meat & does not like vegetables (those in form of leaves).

I just want to do a little survey about the sleeping pattern.  My son also sleeps for about 3 hrs in the afternoon.  But at night, he goes to bed at around 11 or 11:30pm.  I do know quite some kids with similar sleeping pattern.

How about weekend ?  Will you try to fit his sleeping pattern if you plan to go out during weekend or holiday ?

During weekend or holiday, I will try to let him nap in the afternoon, just like what he used to do during weekdays.

Recently, he start to go to bed after 11.00pm.  It's too late for me as I can't work after bringing him to bed.

I brought my son to school on Tuesday and found that the decoration in Learning Habatat changed a lot.  I like those for Lunar New Year.

Brian goes to sleep so late, what time does he get up in the morning? Preston goes to sleep at 9:00 and gets up at ~7:00 (sometimes 6:30). I like that coz i can enjoy myself after he goes to bed.

How nice!  Did Preston nap in the afternoon?

Actually, Brian used to take a nap for about three hours everyday.  I guess this is the reason why he goes to bed late.  However, in the other way round, I can have more time to play with Brian everyday.

Brian used to wake up at around 7am.
