After I released my last post, I think for a while...

If, you really think that PC is imperfect because of its chinese teaching medium, then don't go for it. Because, obviously you prefer top schools, if you go in PC, you will always think PC is a chinese school and always has a needle in your heart and you will always feel a bit dissatisfied.

If that's so, you will still regret: regret why not try better schools.

Don't take the offer la. You have good personal connection in the school, if any problem in P1 application then find the powerful person in PC to get her into the P la.

Nono, don't think PC is dark, every school has this kind of relationship!

DG/DB/LS/SPCC etc all have!

That's why chinese saying "know person better than know word".

Too poor I know nobody powerful...

若樓主真係refer 緊培正,以及對於medium of instruction in Chinese個心真係有刺,
我建議妳放手一鬥啦. 太多band 1 中文中學學生對自己既英文程度都係心中有刺架!

如果真係PC 我想講
當年我有2個朋友都話如果佢要入都入到
最後1個有用人情不過係WAITING
另一個無用人情個女自己去考. 考到有OFFER 不過最後去左HY.
當時我都牙癢癢. 自己唔識人.. 不過最後自己個仔自己考到入去. 當時都有人提議我早上番PC 下午番SC 英普

當然我無咁做到.

唔係有野100%既. 大家自己想下啦.

I agree PC is a very good school and very difficult to get it.

It is a school that "even I have a mouthful of rice in my mouth I would vomit it out to nod my head" if it gives me an offer.

However, it is not the cup of tea for some people. Some really aim for more prestigious school. I think even the thread owner get an offer from PC, she will continuously think about "what if" i let the girl study in a more prestigious english school. She will still have regret.

So, maybe just let her think about it herself, it is a decision she needs to decide and overcome her psychological obstacle.

We all want to give our best to our children. Sometimes decision is difficult to make. We can only hope for the best.
