大家好!我想問問有conditional offer 的小朋友,interview當天父母兩人也同時有出席嗎?
那天只有我出席而爸爸卻沒有,小朋友的result是first waiting 及要聽講座。

換過角度問, 係米係唔住MK/TKO or 遠來MK/TKO的都rejected ?

其實我都唔覺得佢係咩準則, 因為 家長 in 左好短時間, 小朋友個部份我個小朋友又唔說做咩..  
不過我想最明顯一些 "有關係津貼小學back up 的幼稚園"在見 private / DSS 會唔著數D, 因為學校都會感覺被人做 backup, 哩D小朋友最後通常去番自己間連繫小學..

咁又唔清楚喎,或者係小朋友太醒目學校認為就算收都未必讀會有名校收的類型呢

My son is in the First Waiting.  Although I was somewhat disappointed, but may be this is the best thing that could happen to us.  We live in Tsuen Wan, i.e. 21 MTR station from TKL.  In the past one month, I was struggling if we are accepted by GT, whether we would need to move house?  How can the kid go to so far away to study taking into account that there is no school bus to Tsuen Wan (the teacher mentioned in briefing session that there is no school bus to TW)?  Also considering the various very negative comments on GT, is it a school that would worth all the sacrify (i.e. a huge amount of $ to move house, leave the community that I have been living for long time, etc) really made me struggle IF we get the offer, whether we would really go to study in GT?  Now I am relaxed and no more struggle.  If the teachers are professional enough to identify that my kid is not 資優, then thanks Gods that the school let me know that this would be a mis-match now, rather than after we have moving house and found out that this is a mistake.

想問吓優才有多不多資優生讀？因為面試時我有問個老師，我問資優生跳班的情况，她說有幾個學生試過，所以比我感覺是真資優生不多。從以想問吓各位。

如果已經睇到stage 8, 當然冇問題啦. 不過我發現好多家長係擔心英文科, 但實際上, 中文科似乎比英文科更難, 合格率亦都低過英文科, 請大家唔好忽略左中文科啊.

講真我唔識分小朋友邊個係資優, 活躍既就見到, 但活躍又未必等同資優.....跳班既我自己冇見過.....

無錯，中文科要考得好重難過英文
可能係好多家長都將注意力集中係英文度
