Same here, my girl is very scared of the train and does not want to try it again, she named it the "Monster Train" as her father scared her last time that the octopus was a monster trying to attack her when the octopus appeared in the TV screen above our heads.

you quite understand me la.  I know they will return the book when they finished so do not expect them to have book back every time.  Unlike Enopi Math, they tend finish the thing in the class, I am quite hand off at this as I do not tend to increase their workload at home.

My girl told me she had great fun in the school outing and wanted to go again.

I know they did drawing by the harbourside. I think they are supposed to draw the ship, the sea, etc.  I asked my girl what she has drawn, she said "people".......she saw people in the sea?????

The purpose of the trip is to 寫生 mah, your son really drew what he had seen woh.....and it also proved he has good eye sight : )

So, you can know what your son is drawing before school finishes, I guess you have successfully joined his trip, openly or secretly?

The class saw me when I found them, so my son stick to me again

So surprised that most of the children can draw buildings with sunny sky and blue sea. I saw some girls drew herself on the picture too! So it is ok that your girl drew people wor.

But the way, I saw your girl after school today. But I am rushing to the school and haven't stopped to greet her!

Hope they can have more outings cause I think they have lots of fun!

Haha, you are right, I am "mission failed"~ My husband even said, "我估都冇家長好似你咁痴chin"   我真係要好好檢討一下...

Don't envy me la.  Your girl will treasure the time with you, cause you need to go work ma.  My son sometimes loves his TV shows, my phone, his toys and books more than me ga.

My son also was quite happy about the outing, he said he drew the ship wo..... I wish I could see his product.

They draw the picture on the sketch book.  You may see that on the parent's day and sure to have to the original when the book is returned.

Haha, 我估老師都頂唔住我呢個咁痴身既阿媽, 又厚面皮. 老師講左已經有3個義工媽咪, 佢估我都係好想去, 所以佢就叫我自己去

my son class teacher didn't let any of us to be 義工媽咪. when I received the photos that night, I count 37 children, not easy to handle ah.

Really grateful to the volunteer parents in my girl's class.  They have taken some pictures and posted on FB, so I can also have a glimpse of what they have done on that day.  There is a picture showing the kids looking at the fireboat from a distance, poor them, could not enter as it was closed on Tue .

I noted they had played in the newly renovated playground and did drawing by the harbour.  It is really a good experience for them.........10 10 mum, don't go next time lah and let your son learn to be independent : )
