On-line application =
Appointment Booking Confirmation printed from website. (The printout confirmed the date and time of the appointment) ?

VAF 9 =
Print from website with the data inputted during booking appointment, the applicant just needs to sign the printout only ?

以下文件他是收正本+副本 :
Certificate of Birth (1 original + 1 copy)
Passport             (1 original + 1 copy)
Bank statement    (6 months : original + copies)
Visa Letter          ( 1 original + 1 copy)
Guardian's confirmation Letter (1original + 1 copy)
School Reports    (original + copies)
I.D.                      (copy only)

on line application 修改內容

如題:

請問各位mama, 在on line application,  如果有地方錯漏, 內容可以修改嗎? 怎樣修改呢? 因為只可以選擇re-print or cancel, 不可以on line 修改.....

唉...覺得自己好蠢, 想了幾晚, 張form 看了又看, 不知如何是好....

而且我還未收到學校寄來的visa letter, 是不是學校有什麼問題,  為什麼要等這麼久?

Hi Ben,

yes, The printout will confirm the date and time, but you can change the date and time anytime. I just changed my time from 3Jul to 16 Jul coz i didn't received anything from school yet. But i did something wrong in the on line application but failed to change.

VAF 9 ~ my agent said that signed by both papa and mama @ Part 8 (Parent/Legal Guardian's signature)

Question : I made a mistake on one of my answers. Can I change it?

Answer : No. Once you have submitted your online applicationyou cannot change it. However, please enter any changes in writing onyour printed copy of the application form.

Thanks so much! It really made me crazy! I tried to cancel the appointment but it didn't work out.

I just called the agent that visa letter has been sent to them already.

But I just changed the date from 3 Jul to 16 Jul (last night).

Everything seems lost control and I got no idea what I should do.

Lucky I can share my feeling with all of you and feel better now.

Hope all of us can make it.

我都未有visa letter 呀, 我問agency 可否on line apply 咗先, 他叫我不好, 原因是visa letter 未有, 如果visa letter 資料與on line 填的資料不同的話, 便麻煩, 所以現在只好等

相信放榜也要找學校留定位先, visa 一定趕不到在8月5日前取倒

原本一早計劃好早點做好簽證, 8月5日便會不用愁啦, 人算不如天算, 剛剛6月1日改制, 加重了今年要去英國讀書的家長的煩惱, 唉唉唉

有時候做事真的人算不如天算, 太刻意反而適得其反

是天意, 唔緊要啦, 現在有時間給妳再check 一次有無錯, 例如 Name, passport No., his/her 等字眼)

如無記錯, 你的小朋友也是今年會考, 你可能趕得在8月5前取倒visa .:D

唔該可唔可以比一份sample我..真係唔知要搞咁多野..今日先去幫囝囝續返個過期BNO..下個星期五先取到..跟手再打去agent到問要下個星期先有visa letter. parents consent letter佢就話會幫我攪..我簽名就得..再睇返份appendix 9都唔知點填好.煩死囉..呢份是否要父母兩個都要簽名的..大家講話仲有guardian's letter ..同時請問上網預約要排幾耐..我囝囝8月31就要飛唔知趕唔趕得到..真係好煩
還有請問VAF 9& Appendix 9是兩樣表格嗎?
因為我手頭上有一份POINTS BASED SYSTEM FORM(VAF9 APR 2009) APPENDIX 9: TIER 4 (CHILD) STUDENT SELF-ASSESSMENT..萬分感激
仲有一樣好疑惑既就係我囝囝呢家未到16歲要到8月9先夠..到去英國就夠..咁應該係POINTS BASED SYSTEM FORM(VAF9 APR 2009) APPENDIX 9: TIER 4 (CHILD) STUDENT SELF-ASSESSMENT份文件上填UNDER16還是OVER 16..問agent佢都話唔知.就話叫我填over16啦..
