Could you describe what jolly phonics is? My daughter also attended "letterland phonics", so don't know about how they learn phonics via jolly phonics. I don't if letterland is useful or not but my daughter did read some unknown words correctly, esp those with 1-2 vowels only.

I hope so. Zeon has not attend any phonics class before.

i think letterland is suitable for your daughter as she can read unknown word by herself.
just some of my friends said jolly phonic is much more easiler to understand than letterland. this's why i sent my son to attend the course.

暄暄昨晚話Ｍｓ．Ｃｈａｕ　要佢哋帶一張生日卡回校，我話聽日同佢去買，佢又話唔使買，用張紙畫就得。我覺得有點奇怪，請問事情是怎樣的？

Zeon does not tell me anything about card. I have to ask him tomorrow. But he got fever now,and maybe not go to school on monday.
Dear mamis,
If report sick leave to KV, do I need to hand over sick leave cert to school? Or just phone to them is OK? I don't want to seek Dr as Zeon's Dad will go trip on Monday. Hope he will be better soon.

I think 4 yrs old as all the phonics class students have to know A to Z before starting. And the pronounciation(development of tongue) is more skillful at 4 yrs old. But I want Zeon to try earily as all the phonics class are long(around one yr or more) and KV have to start Dictation on K2. Hope it is not to hard to him. So I try to find the course without homework and exam.

My friend tell me that letterland is teaching the pronounciation( phonics) according to alphabetic order and teach kids by using cartoons. Jolly phonics divide English into 42 sounds and teach by using songs.

my son once got sick and i just phoned to school in the morning for sick leave. i didn't seek for doctor suggestion, so no sick leave cert. was given to teacher in that case.
the clerk told me need to write down the reason for SL in the student handbook.

Thanks all of you.
He is better today. No more fever, only coughing and running nose. I ask him to stay at home for one more day but he refuse. He promise to stay in school with mask, of couse, the mask has disappear during  schooltime.

Yes, Miss Chow 話 before 19/12交. 他會用作佈置課窒.19 /12開 party.

唔知大家盆三色蓳種成點呢,我哋果盆"青ＢＢ"( macros 幫佢改咗個名)已有十多片葉,前日,仲發現咗d根已長出盆底,於是換咗個大d嘅盆.花圃小姐話,如果已有十幾片葉,就可加d液體肥比佢(開花肥),等佢可以快d開花,之後每格三星期再施肥.等佢開花
每日早上,我哋(主要係我,macros記得先会做)將"青bb"放在太陽照到嘅地方,大約2日淋一次水.好想知道d花係咩顏色
