Whilst I did not expect any spectacular comeback from Fate (no expectation; no disappointment), I felt let down by the way he left us.  Not a very elegant way to leave a discussion, isn't it?  

As the cult leader is gone, let's call it a game.  Beating a dead horse in front of the cult followers is a waste of your time.

Stay positive and avoid the dark side.

Dear all,

After enjoying a relaxing weekend with my family I would have thought this argument would have cooled down a bit, but looking at thing it obviously hasn’t.


The main theme has also deviated slightly from the initial discussion on “Best
School in the world”.
To me this discussion finished a long time ago when the red corner and the blue corner both agreed that there is “NO BEST SCHOOL” in the world.


TO be honest, I’m also starting to get bored of this thread as it sometimes gets to personal and a bit long-winded for my liking.

For those bored parents similar to me I will start a new thread on a newspaper article I found on my way to work on “Summer babies less likely to go to university”.

Yes “Mighty” they don’t make comedies like they use to.
Some of my favourites include “Benny Hill”, “Mr Bean”, “Black Adder”, “The Young Ones” “Not the nine O’clock News” and “Last of the summer wine”.

Very funny, dont you guys notice this too - without Fate and Mum99's input, our replies become shorter and much more easier to read and understand.  The last few inputs are just so precise.

Well, as Fate has to write his book and obviously wont hv time to come back to this thread, let us say cheers to those who hv the patience to stay on until the end of the story and to those who know right from the beginning there is no best school in the universe.

At first I thought the key characters in this drama were vengeful c9 with some unresolved bitter history, or even mischievous, nothing-better-to-do yobbos would have made a closer guess, but fathers, of quite some life experiences, or of substance even? Interesting surprise. That much energy and time into such mean petty drellings for >7days, right into small hours -- impressive sense of dedication, gentlemen! Exactly the dedication we need for saving lives in the earthquake.

I've alway aviod confrontation in this thread and stayed neutral.  Not sure if you understood what I said, when I said "boring" I meant all this arguement and not the thread on the "best school in the world" by Fate.

I was only trying to open a new thread to stop this argument from continuing, but seems you do not understand.

You mentioned thankful, Long hair not opening new thread, looking at your profile have you contributed to this website by opening any threads, lately?  Please look at your selfself before giving comments.  

Thankful, Long hair, iamfine, mighty, wicked and daydream, I am starting to beleived you guys this woman is starting to go insane and losing her head.

My advice to you is to stayed calm and not blow your head off whenever somebody replies to this thread.  Before you start pointing fingers at people please have your head checked.  if you want to start argument with me I'm quite happy to reply.

Mum99, you really made my day (or to be more accurately, my evening)!!  Knife stabbing.. my goodness, I am talking about cases that are happening in the U.K.  Dont just stick your head in the computer all the time.  Woman, pull yourself together and behave and look around what is happening in the world.  I was watching Sky News about knife crime in England.  You are really like a little puppy following her master all the time unconditionally.  Look around before you bark though... your master has gone now and no one is going to back you up.

Go ahead and hate your neighbour, go ahead and cheat your friend, do it in the name of Heaven, justified in the end...

To be honest, I am very reluctant to write to you.. coz I dont know how much you can understand.. It must be a struggle for you to live in an English speaking country then...

Last week there were 4 stabbings in London in space of 24 hours, which I think "Mighty" was referring to.

Mum99, your mind should not be so narrow.  You should have a wider view of the things and what is going on around the world.  You should not dedicate your life to this forum, there is life beyond Baby Kingdom.
