He is not smart.  You only talk with him more & more what his favourite toy / cartoon or leisure time etc....

that he will talk with you more & more.   If you only talk with him about the homework that he will not talk & just keep quite.   You see that your son also talk with his friend.   

He suddenly talk with us that he need to bring the 專題研習 that without write onto the handbook.  So, I dont know whether yes or no.  Btw, he should be do by himself & reminder what the teacher ask or request to do.  Pls dont feel disappointed that two of them are nearly different one year.  Begin of the year & End of the year.   So, you can make any comparison.   It is unfair for Terry.

Do you know : I smiled alound in the office
when I saw " It is unfair with Terry".

As you said, I thought he is younger than others,
so I did not let him join sports before, but I was wrong
until today, because he cannot ride the bicycle right now.

In addition, if you want to compare your son with other, you can try to compare with the kids within 3 months only.  But, somebody will develop / grow up speed are not same.  Pls mark down Terry has good remember.  

My son dont have good confident for answer something that he unsure.   It is weakness point for him.

No any comparison with each other.  Who is the best one?  Somebody say "God" "Angel" "Jess" "Chris" "Budda" whatever they like.  Do you agree?  

BTW, we will compare the kids use the result for exam for same group.  Like the school that they will classify the kids which they have goods result.  Well. I would like to share the kids that they will have something which they are better.

1)  Music
2)  talking for express
3)  clever
4)  Phyiscal
5)  Drawing for creative..........

Who can do all in the best.  I dont think so that the smart kid who have goods in Maths that he go to study in University that he don't have all in the best.  

So, you can learn what is the best for Terry for expression.   

My son has dont like to play any instrument that he is stupid in music.  I dont have good in music too.  So what.

Ride the bicycle,  may be try & encourage him that he can learn in this summer holiday.  Try hard.

我沒有記住Terry 是細仔, 但可能是性格的關係,
我覺得他時常被teacher說他 like BB,
我在想是否我沒有給他見過世面/沒有教育他待人接物
應有的態度: e.g. how to speak on the phone,
       how to answer somebody's question,
       hand up when he need to washroom,
etc, if the above minor matters cannot
do well, I find that it is no use even he get
the rank # 1 of the same group.
Do you agree ?

Hilda,

I would like to share something that I learn fm the course for teaching kids.

身體力行 (身教)  - 這點是最重要

If we talk & teach them something, & we ask them to follow that we can't do like the same way.  It is useless.

Do you remember the D.R for the chapter as The two crabs.

The mother request his kids to walk straight way that she doesn't.   I know that you understand what I am talking for.

So, the most importation thing that he can learn so many things that even you dont talk & teach him.   The reason that you should talk with him more & more & share what he like to do that you can know how to set up with him for some target & awards.  

" Everybody like to emphasis"  It is the most imporant that they likes for everybody.   "good boy" " good girl"  " smart" well done" " excellent"  etc......

Do you agree?

BTW, If he do something wrongly that you must set up the rule & punishment that make him know he cant do again.

Why Terry will study upto Lunch. If he go anywhere for checking etc?

As per my son's info that his classmate - Mr. Chan Ka Bo get 100marks for Chi & Eng.  Bcz he always gets fail or low marks.  So, they altogether will give him the Words for Congraduation.

He go to TKOH today because
he was checked have 雜音
of the heart by "保健E生" last year.
做了超聲波, no problem.
