Me and my girl are joining the outing on Saturday.  I have already appointed my husband to join the seminar tomorrow nite.  If you ladies don't mind a late sleep, I can post out the details at around 10:30, after my girl go to bed.

Finally, I meet a P.1B parent here.  My son is also studying in P.1B.  I think my son knows William.  Luckily you found out this website and this thread which made you get over the tension.  Just for curiosity, how long did it take for you to read through all 83 pages messages?  For sure, you were really tired after reading it.

Anyway, you can get over the tension just by reading these 83 pages messages.  I think your tension was not a big deal.  Be relaxed, let’s share here.

親子旅行

Gathering time, 8:30am sharp, bus leave at 8:45am
Key reminders:
1/  Parents need to fully charged their cell phone for emergency just in case.
2/  Participants are encouraged to arrive school 10 mins before gathering time for washrooms etc.  Cos we might need to walk for awhile before hitting destination at Wilson Trial.
3/  Parents need to beware of the Wilson Trial's road sign so that in case of emergency, we can locate your location easily.
4/  Principal Leung and the crew visited the site 2 times before this picnic, the dogs are hanging around the villages so please warn the kids not to run around.
5/  Regarding food:  We have chosen 烏頭魚 , 東江豆腐, chicken to replace three items, why?  Because as we are visiting 客家人 villages, we hope kids can learn some 客家 related food.
6/  Principal Leung warned participants do not bring too much snack, especially avoid potato chips because it is not healthy snacks with lots of oil.  If required, bring along a bar of chocolate for energy.  
7/  Do bring necessary water, sun repellent, hat, mosquito repellent etc.
8/  Along the way, there is a mini van escorting the whole picnic for first aid and emergency.
9/  At 鄉村 club, there is snack shop, there is a kite learning lesson, and parents would make a kite together with kids and fly it up eventually.  We also have a kite competition.
10/  What do we expect kids learn from this fun day:
a/  Map reading and scale
b/  Learn about map signs and road signs
c/  圍村歷史
d/  圍村飲食文化, 客家文化
e/  Students workbook will be distributed by teachers tomorrow.
11/  Other than kindergaten kids, all children are not required to wear uniform.
12/  The whole crew will have around 600-700 participants, so please be punctual.
13/  In case you are not able to join tomorrow, due to sickness, please do not replace any person as make-up.  Because all participants have been covered by insurance under the same name and ID code we submitted.  We will record name and ID to match your sign up form tomorrow or else you will not be insured.
14/  Finally, my girl is in P2 and she is assigned to bus #P3, Primary 3 & P4 kids assigned to bus #P4-P5, and Primary 5 and up kids assigned to bus P06, so in case you are Primary 1 students, likely you are assigned to P02 bus (this is just what I guess)

Lychan, in this case, you might be assigned to Kinder bus, but I am not sure, I think your plan to go earlier is a good plan.  See you there.

Billy, I don't think the K1 kids will be released earlier.  And yes, kids from P2 and below should go route A only....

All need to leave earlier has to notified teachers beforehand

"8 hours in two days??”  Just like reading a novel??  You're so great!  I'm proud of you too.

Yes, my boy and your boy know each other.  My boy told me William was his second best friend in terms of talking to each other the most.  He reported to me, on the “Egg-protection Day”, your son had thrown my boy's egg onto the floor in the library.  Luckily, the library was carpeted and his egg was well protected by himself and my wife so that it was intact and finally he won a little prize.

La La La!  I'm not complaining ar.  This is just kiddies stuff.  Take it easy.  Don't scold your son wor.  You just tell him this incidence and then you will know who my son is.
