It is very encouraging to know that Yu has big overall improvement!

I took my son to visit Dr Lam (first time visit) about 2 weeks ago and now my son is taking some supplements offered by Dr Lam.  Although he is still in the primary step, I hope shunshun will have good improvement as Yu later on la!

Let's add oil!

好多謝你呀! 我也希望shunshun 會好似你們的小朋友咁快快邁進一大步呀。我真係猶疑左好耐，因想到日後要持續打針，我就....    好驚，但當不斷在這裡見到好消息，又心思思，終於搞到幾個月後先去找Dr. Lam....希望唔會太遲。

Yes, exactly 包拗頸. But I will not let him do as he likes every time, so he cried a lot last days... Do not know how long this period will go on...:evil:

Last night, he suddenly ask me how to say "stubborn" in English.. thought he might hear our comment upon his recent bahavious..

Glad to hear that Yu and Justin have progressed a lot !  Yu's character is similar to my son - 包拗頸 and it is a good chance for you to train up your iq and eq too, otherwise you will not be able to catch up his speed... :idea:

過了兩個星期非人的工作生活並正進入2006年第三個星期非人工作生活之際，看見大家又討論了幾頁，自己實在有點“追都追唔切”之感！

星期六見了Tim哥(Dr. Trodd)，他開了ASD-plex，建議用B12 spray。我本要求開pre-filled B12 shots，但他說先試spray，因為簡單易用。OT&的pharmacy卻說暫未有spray的貨，新年前應有供應。但至今未有通知，我不想拖，打了email給Tim哥再問可否開pre-filled shots，待覆。

仔仔用了DMAE及ALA個多月，總體專注力提高了，但不太consistent，在學校通常是10時小息前表現最好，之後distractable，再之後有時專心有時分心。當然又要看是什麼課堂，中文、電腦、音樂一般都好，因興趣所在。

今日在中文課似乎有成就，shadow teacher如是寫給我們：He showed how well he had learnt his Chinese characters in Chinese Studies today and the other children gave him a round of applause!  

當然不是什麼過人之處，同成班“鬼仔”學中文，程度當然不能跟本地學校同日而語！仔仔認字能力、漢語拼音和phonics較好，大概在班上“露了兩手”，用D假中國功夫嚇下班“老外”。學術其次，更重要是建立自信心，得人認同。

Dear all,

I have a question to those who have visited Dr. Lam and was given the Authia (B12) cream (put on foot palm).

I gave the cream to Justin each night until next morning with wrap and socks put on!  However, these days, I observed that he sleep later than normal (by 1 or 1.5 hour).  It seems that he becomes more hyper and always repeat phrases or words which I do not know (I suspect dialogues from VCD or schools).  But he wakes up also later than usual by an hour!

May I know if anyone here have encounter similar situation?  Should I stop the cream first or just try on one foot only?  Any advice?

Dr. Amy Yasko has mentioned on www.autimanswer.com that IP6 = inositol powder should be helpful for OCD type behaviors such as verbal stimming and echolia.  呢隻supplement我正想online訂.我仔仔去完日本返來中左lift毒,要試呢隻野解佢既OCD.還有B12針係冇現成架,Dr.Trodd的姑娘係幫我地入好晒入針筒才比我地.你地拿回家自己一次過整都唔算好煩.

P.S. OCD=Obsessive-complusive discorder 係自閉特徵之一.

are u talking about the Glutathione cream?  this is what I got from dr. lam to apply on the foot.  Or u are talking about something else then i don't know anything about it.  my son is ok with the cream and sleeps quite tight since the first day of applying it, but probably the effect from the mellow tonin.  and he wakes up at the same time as usual.

Anybody knows whether mellow tonin from dr. lam is actually the melatonie?

my son's hair and urine test reveals high level of lead and mercury (over 2 times of normal).  have started the dmsa since last nite.  quite worry as recently he's been so "high",he likes to knock his head on mine which he seldom does before.

跟據Dr.Amy Yasko本"The Puzzle of Autism" 內有介紹IP6的特殊用途,相信一試無壞.  Dr.Trodd另外有開隻新的外用Naltrexone TD Gel,佢話對 self stimulatory & obsessive behaviours有幫助.呢度有很多有睇Dr.Trodd小朋友都用緊,不過唔多覺有效.

Dr.Lam有開Insitol powder即IP6比你仔仔,有冇效呢?  mellow tonin 係牌子名,實質係3mg melatonin + B6.你小朋友咁細,食1/3 capsule都夠啦.

Authia (B12) cream 可能每個人的反應不同,以前有用一排停左,4日前又再用.發覺仔仔睡眠質數有改善.不過要睡了才可搽,仔仔投訴隻cream好嗅,又話有屎味. :tongue:

坦白說我仔現在一次過take緊9隻 supplements + 3隻vitamin 糖 + 夜晚查glutathione gel + 一個星期去dr lam 度打一次 (b12+glutathione) 針. 我都唔知係邊隻supplement 發揮緊效用, 但肯定的是近期他對答明顯多左, eye contact 多左 (偶然會眼定定的望住你等你回應 -- 那次我老公識簡直感動到c了).

另外, 可能是食1/2 capsule 的melatonie 關係, 阿仔真是好好訓, 自動上床, 自己睡, 就此點巳煩小了很多.

以往常做但未見改善的有:
- 好多自創無厘頭唔中唔英的字, 講完就傻笑.
- 無厘頭見到一D唔相關的東西會話"好似風扇woh"
- 非常多蠕動, 很容易非常 high.

總括來說都係試下無妨, 甜甜地好易入口.

我仔今日食完一日三劑的dmsa 冇去過 boo boo 呀.

wow 你形容你仔之前訓覺的情況簡直令我瀝瀝在目, 我也中了不少我仔的無情飛毛腿. 他還要把我的頭當枕頭呢, 係追住訓個隻.
dr lam 都係要你仔食 1/2 capsule, 佢幾大? 我仔三歲, 23lbs.

we applied the Glutathione Gel to Yu before, and did not find any obvious problem. He is also taking 1/2 Melatonin 2.5MG every night and he would feel asleep very quick after that. But these two nights, he would wake up in the mid-night as Daddy was back late and made him awake.

Teacher complained Yu was not obeying the rules in the school well these days. he went away from his seat often and he pushed his classmate while waiting to go to toilet and was amused by what he did. When teacher asked him whether it was right, he said: no. But sometimes I really found that he likes :
I know it not ok, but I want to do it.  

I do not know whether the change is because of EDTA orally taken every night?

我仔仔都試過食完DMSA無boo boo, 但dr. trodd話DMSA唔會令佢無boo boo, 跟住開左vit c比佢, 呢兩次DMSA就無呢個問題.

因為dr lam 話dmsa 會攪起身體內的toxic 所以要日日 boo boo 至好. 否則會更差.  他有開了一些 fiber 粉同vitamin E 糖給我仔.  哈, 終於今日 (2nd day of dmsa) 阿仔 boo 了很多呢.

係呀, dr lam 也是給我仔 海澡粉, 他很不願食, 我要想盡辦法把它藏在他鍾意的食物下.

Thanks kawai for your info.  And Mermee for your quote from kaiwai's previous message as well.

A recent hair test report (Doctor's Data) has shown that levels of ALL the toxic heavy mentals in his body have gone back to the "green band", ie. normal range.     This is in comparison with a previous test done in June 2004.  The only exception is that the aluminium level is slightly higher and extends to the "yellow band" but Dr. Trodd said it is still normal and acceptable.  The report shows clearly his cobalt and lithium are low (straight into the "red band", 2.5th percentile) and now the strategy is clear: MB12 injection and Lithium supplements (10 drops into drink per day).  We will continue with DMAE (for attention) and ASD-plex (as general nutritional support).  I see no reason why we should stop Glutathione Gel so that will go on (while stock lasts).

Our son got a "shot" at Tim's office yesterday and we've also got the pre-filled shots for use at home.  After a month of injection we will see Tim again.  Hope to see some improvements in the month to come.
