Dear TeresaMom,

I brought him to see the doctor. The doctor cut hair from my son and sent for Mineranalysis. A report was then generated and concluded that my son's mercury level is too high and zinc level is too low.

However, if your son does not present any problems, no need to worry about eating too much fish la. My son's problem was poor skin and a bit skinny. After we controlled his fish intake and gave him some vitamin supplements, his skin turned good and has put on much weight. Moreover, his temper became better, probably his skin was not itchy any more.

When I shared this information in another forum year ago, I faced a lot of attacks from the other moms. They just thought I was posting for some commercial or promotion. So, I want to declare seriously that I have no connection with any labs or doctors. I can swear.

所有K2class都係pm，K3就有am or pm class！！

講開am or pm class, 你地k3 諗好返am 定pm 未呀?

我地2 公婆每天放工後, 食完 dinner 之後沖埋涼, 都已經起碼8:30pm 之後, 之後再執下d 功課, 再溫下習, 都已經9:30之後, 如果佢好似而家咁, 返pm, 可以再同佢玩下, 有family time, 1030pm 先上床, 第 2 朝又可以訓到9am 至起身.

但如果佢返am, k3 功課肯定多過而家, 如果又要早訓, 我地就無左好寶貴o既family time.............

你地會點諗呀?

我諗我會選am,因為我諗著佢上小學時都要返am,如果k3就開始適應會好d,而且有好多的課外活動都是在下午開始(如果幫佢報上午的課外活動又怕佢下午返學會太疲倦),我覺得d時間會好用d,同時可以要佢習慣早睡早起!!

我嘅情况和你差不多, 又係兩公婆都要返工, 每晚最早都要8:30 - 8:45pm才返到屋企, 快快手咁冲完凉, 食埋飯就起碼9:30pm, 然後再check下阿仔D功課. 好多時未温書, 未練琴, 未同佢玩下(family time), 都已經10:00pm. D 時間真係好唔夠用, 所以阿仔晚晚冇差唔多11:00pm都冇得上床. 好彩返pm, 所以第2朝可以訓到9:30am.

我又係唔想冇咗 D family time, 所以K3時9成都會選返pm class.

至於課外活動, 就多數留返SAT 或 SUN 先返.

Very similar situation as mine.  I havn't decided to choose am or pm class yet, however, it seems that I prefer pm class.

Usually, my son finished homework and dinner before I come home.  On next day, he takes enough rest before he do his revision and may be 課外活動's homework.  He seems much happier.

Any of your kid travelled by school-bus in K1 and continue to now? If yes, do any of you remember that the school offered a discount by waiving the bus fee for 1 or 2 months. I couldn't find that notice. If any of u have, pls send 1 copy to me. Thx.

原來你日日都要咁夜至返到屋企, 真辛苦!

其實大家諗法都一樣, 就係family time好緊要, 如果一日少一個半個鍾o既family time, 長遠來講, 我會覺得對我地o既關係有好大影響.

我而家都係安排d 課外活動係上午9:30 約1hr, 同埋係星期6,所以都唔係好大影響. 至於話p.1 都係要返am, 所以想佢早d 習慣早起身呢個問題, 我都有諗過, 亦都有人同我講, 話可以係暑假到adjust 佢, 但因為佢地下年都已經又大個左, 所以都唔係太難.

今年好似得2班pm, 唔知下一年會有幾多呢?
