why BK has changed the format.. I have listed of " my friends group" in my personal info, but now they are disappeared ??

but my notebook is "short short dai".... the chinese window version disappeared.... can't change word size... no colour..... sometimes can't read chinese!!! suddenly shut down!!!!!
