I remember some of you purchased the water purifier (everpure?) recommended by kawai. Could anyone advise where to buy and how much is it?

Yes, the total cost is about HK$6000.-  But Dr Trodd only charged me for taking the blood sample (a few hundred dollars).  I paid the lab test (in US) for the blood test directly by giving my credit card number.  I just got the credit card statement and it's about US$6XX.-  = approx. HK$5,XXX.-

thanks for your reply. 請問你重做過d什麼test? 我嗰仔除咗呢個premier panel之外, 曾做過hair test和 dmsa provocation test.

Hi Ultramom, sorry for the late reply on The Premium Panel blood test.  I guess HayBMom already answered you in great details on the IgG and IgA.  I took out the blood test result and read it again - it only showed he is extremely allergic to casein and cannot digest DPPP.  The broad spectrum digestive enzymes from Kirkman targets DPPP.  Sorry, that's all I know.

From what you described, I think biomedical interventions will help your boy a lot, you just have to find the right mix by trial and error.  Also, more tests instead of less will help you to target what he needs the most.

請問各位有冇試過zz nystatin (capsule form)? 我個仔d yeast overgrowth問題成日番發, 今次dr trodd俾咗隻zz nystatin (capsule form), 每日兩次, 每次一粒(每粒有500,000unit).  我個仔食咗3日, 不過有好勁"die-off reaciton"(根據dr trodd話), 佢頭嗰兩日"撞頭落地/埋門/埋牆", 簡直係亂哂大籠, 不過亦可能係唔受得melatonin(食咗兩晚), 停咗melatonin之後, 晚上就冇再扎醒狂喊/撞頭/掟嘢, 不過日頭有時發脾氣, 都會想撞頭落地...    
dr trodd就俾d laxative佢食, 話會減少die-off reaction.
不過我睇書又話最好將nystatin分一日4次嚟食....請問各位有冇d建議俾我呢? 唔該先....
dr trodd亦開咗enzyme dpp-iv (kirkman)俾我, 請問有冇人試過係唔"受"得呢? 會唔會影響到冇poo呢?

I called Jody. She said there's no such discount now. However, I ordered another smaller model, as we can't dig a hole on the table of our kitchan. The price is $1860 with two refills (I have to change the refill every 6-8 months). Jody said there's no coupon for chanchanboy if I ordered this model too.

Dear all,

Let me report my son's latest progress after the DMSA provocation test.  The urine sample showed that he has as much as 4 times normal on lead, but to my surprise, mercury level is normal and within reference range.  Whilst there are quite a few as classified as 'dl' which means the test cannot measure accurately on these items.

Last Friday, I went with my son to visit Dr. Lam and while waiting, I asked my son to share a ring biscuit with Dr. Lam when he enters his room.  He said 'No' in the 1st instance but when we went inside Dr. Lam's room, Justin said, "請你食呀!" I was quite surprised and so did Dr. Lam.  Of course, he took the biscuit and ate.  This time, I asked Dr. Lam to give me several supplements which Justin does not reject taking and told Dr. Lam about some of those supplements which Justin rejected.  My boy got another B12 shot but I am still concerned taking home to have injection myself.  I told Dr. Lam that it's better for him to buy the standard syringes using recommended concentration of B12 as mentioned in Dr. Neubrander's protocol.  Though there is no harm even the injection contains more than normal amount of B12, it may not achieve the best result!

This time, Dr. Lam gave me the B12 cream which I applied last 2 nights.  I found that my son really talks more in sense.  Let me quote one more example here.  Yesterday, when my husband got off the car, he choked and couged for 2 times, my son responded by saying that "你無事呀!" I have never heard him saying such thing before!  However, he became a bit more hyper these two days!

Anyway, let's hope for the best and continue work hard!

I just talked to Jody.  She has clarified that the mentioned model has 2 package prices.  The one @$1,680 is inclusive of an extra filter and the cheaper one @$1,180 is without extra filter.  She said there's no further discount and referral coupon can be given.

我個仔星期日剛剛完成第四輪DMSA, 同justin仔仔一樣, 我個仔今次DMSA都會彈d說話出黎, 例如去我奶奶屋企食飯, 我叔仔整到佢個飯盒, 佢即刻望實佢話你撞到我個盒喇. awareness都有好度, 可能12月食過10日duflican, 雖然yeast problem無咁勁, 不過傻笑得好頻密, 多到我都頂唔順, 覺得佢D笑聲好嘈同好煩!!

Ultramom, try the Thiol test where they test you for oxidative stress (methylation and sulfuration processes), that tells you the glutathione level, homocystein level, SAMe level of your kid and so on.  Dr. Trodd is doing it once in a few months with a batch of kids, and it does not cost you because that is part of a data collection process of the ongoing research project of Dr. Jill James, Arkansas University.  Again, it may tell you nothing if your kid comes out okay.  In our case, Dominic ranked number 1 in several of the indicators, meaning he was suffering badly on these areas.

too busy to leave a message last days, however, I visited here often,just for a quick scan.
Justin, congratulation on the progress your son made!
Yu's progress in language is good, however, he has more and more stubborn bahavious which make us big headache during joining playgroups. Such as when tutor said : let's count for 5. He would immediately cried: I want 10 ah.. If we said 10, he wanted 15... if we said ok 15 la, he wanted 20 ect...
If blue plate was given to him during snack time, he requested orange one. I guess if he got orange one, then he would ask for blue one...  :cry:
Concerning awareness and language he has big improvement. He would ask us: Mumy, (grandma), where are you going? Will you bring me with you?
I want to go with you... On the way to school, he will keep asking all kinds question regarding How to say something he sees on the way in English or Mandarin... Sometimes I could not answer him and have to ask him to wait till I check the dictionary later...

We stop DMSA as I told Dr. Lam he was not able to go to toilet every day. He gave us a lot of supplement this time. some changes:
oral ETDA every day per pc to substitute old ETDA supp twice per week to put into Yu's pat pat. ( As Yu would immediately go to toilet after we did that)
Normacol+SP Irulina -- similar function as Ensyme?
Solmucol  every day one pack
Coenzymated B3
Bio-Tomosan -- Kawai, is it functioning as Ensyme?
Melatonin  ____ my son is working very fine with this supplement.
He commented again that with Yu's improvement, there is no need to take B12 injection so regulary. But I rejected him as I did not want to stop B12 injection after I experienced the good side of it, especially after overcoming the bad side.
