There is so many ”藝”, like dancing and drawing. But there is a ”樂器考試” in P2. Do you know whether Piano is one of the item for the examination?

Today, my daughter will go to Choral speaking competition, she practiced a lot but she is “聲沙” when she woke up this morning. What a pity!

開學時有張通告話藝包括畫畫的，不過而家的趨勢好似唔學樂器就唔得咁，真係無乜聽到邊個話唔學呀，學兩、三樣的人就越來越多呀。

My daughter 只有一體 (Jazz dance),但冇藝!!
唔知有冇問題?  I think my daughter will join in 合唱團 in P2!!

I think "藝" can include "drawing", "singing", "art design".....etc.
So I want my daughter will join "singing" in P2.

If my daughter didn't learn any music instrument, how to test in music lesson in P2?  It meant that she must learn at least one of music instrument?!
How many music instrument of yr kid learn?

Is my daughter must learn one of music instrument in P1 now? >> No, it is not a must. But it is better to learn one on the condition that she has interest in it.

During P2 of my son, there were kids not learning any musical instruments. The teacher allowed them to just sing a simple song. Some used the piano to play a very very simple song.

Well, that was what the music teacher did for the kids who did not learn musical instrument 2 years ago. I don't know what the practice will be next year. You had better to talk to the music teacher. They are nice and helpful.

For your reference, there were no kids not playing any music instruments for music exam during P3 as they can all play 牧童笛 at that time.

And regarding the school choir, it is selected by the music teacher, Ms Tong. She is the one to determine whether the child can join the choir or not.

oh, she was selected. congratulations.
she can probably join in p2 as u wish.

well but the choir has nothing to do with the music exam. so u still have to talk to the music teacher to see if it will just be the same as we did in p2.

我都係一樣, 叫佢唔好學又話唔好,又話好鍾意. 不過叫佢彈就好似想死咁.  而且每天也沒有時間綀琴, 最多半個鐘.  測驗更加唔駛綀啦!你話學來為物?
