你知唔知st joe幼稚園上st joe小學係接近100%的呀??咁入幼稚園就都係間間都係咁揀人架啦.....

我都講過,適合有無名次,係因人而定,所以你一竹竿打一船人係唔公平的,就好似我大女,之前係小學做功課,做到11點(佢返下午班),咁我就將呢d野套落我細女度,以為佢都會係咁,就一d都唔公平...而事實証明左,我細女同我大女唔同,好輕輕鬆鬆咁就考top10%.......所以事真係有兩面睇,你生多幾個就知架啦.............
同埋你既用字真係要改下.......討論唔駛咁激既.......

你唔好問daydream la, 佢2006-09-15才新登入，係唔同 topics係 咁"片"，唔係叫人收聲就係叫人唔好賣廣告...."片"到入St.Joseph ，收唔到手，係咁盲毛、無腦教訓我等之輩......垃圾前、垃圾後係咁鬧.....

佢花了太多時間喺呢個與佢無關嘅地方la, 畀機會佢周圍發表高見啦！ :evil:

My brother's son is studying St.Joseph now.  He studied from Primary 1 to Form 2.  I see what he has done for these 8 years (my brother always share with me).  He can keep his good academic result, good conduct, good swimming, piano,... results.  He study himself, from Primary 4 to now.  Although the marks are very tight and the competition really excitied, he can relax himself.  The reading environment is very good.  Between his classmates, sometimes they will share what books they read.  My brother said the environment really make his son work hard but he is happy for his school life.

My sister's son is now studying Primary 1 at St. Jo.  She tells me his son is quite discipline at school.
She said the school very pay attention on the students' conduct ....

I am not telling all boys at St. Jo are good, or the school is excellent..... But I "hear" the feedback for this school is good .....  One school is famous should have its "reason".

The competition for this school is very excitied.  I know I cannot afford / release the "pressure" and I'm afraid my son also cannot afford the "pressure".  Therefore, I haven't choosen this school for my son last year.

I agree very much of 學校係一個小社會, 眼見一些朋友的子女,名校出來, 很快都己經好ready to accept the keen competition in the company and the society.  有D 非勁名校(但都是好school)出來, personality 會唔同D, not 咁 aggressive, 都努力爭取, 但价值觀中,未必放名利第一。Depends on which style suit your kid.

This is only a little observation from the people I know, 未必好具代表性, express some ideas only !
