我冇理呀，總之一有齊documents, 就立即upload, 佢哋尋晚香港時間凌晨12點幾都有email回覆已經check 晒uploaded documents, confirm okay.

我仔仔係 London Stratford centre 做 PCR test 3 hrs result, 1.5 小時就收到result。

I want to ask the same question too. The same said the form needs to be filled in by an adult. Can parents in HK helped them to fill in? If we send the form to our children, the form will only be a copy. Is it OK? Or we need to ask adults in the UK to fill it in?

Starting from 0.00am on June 1 (Hong Kong Time), inbound persons boarding flights from overseas places or Taiwan are only required to present when boarding the negative result proof of a PCR-based nucleic acid test conducted within 48 hours prior to scheduled time of departure and with samples collected by a laboratory or healthcare institution (proof of the 48-hour pre-departure nucleic acid test). They will no longer need to present the documentary proof of the ISO 15189 accreditation or recognition by the relevant authority of the government of the place of the laboratory or the healthcare institution.

張form係由我填同埋簽名，然後scan比小朋友，佢color print，我哋就無問題

呢度家長教做fly ready，因為我好驚錯，到48小時内即upload曬所有文件比cx （除左個pcr test），然後佢哋覆收到，只欠pcr，到小朋友飛之前嗰晚收到report，即補比cx，兩三個鐘後就回覆fly ready 已完成，安心曬。

第二日早上8點半到曼城機場（CX216），小朋友講有百幾人排隊中，我係臉書睇到，之前有人8點到已經多人，有個7點半到就無咩人。

小朋友做左um，但當日（29/5）只得一條隊，無分fly ready 隊，一路排，有職員會幫排隊中嘅乘客睇下文件，我小朋友同佢講做左um，職員即同佢check in，唔洗排

unaccompanied minors , 如果小朋友自己搭飛機，可向 CX申請 UM , 費用 $1000， 地勤人員會陪同小朋友上機落機過海關，非常好的服務。
