請問小朋友未夠16歲吾可以打第三針，同埋小朋友系香港打咗兩針，要點樣由香港針紙轉做英國針紙？thanks

至於convert 針紙，我個女去GP 攪唔到，亦有人話 under 18 英國system根本唔得，有人試過英國打完booster 只出到booster 資料，冇第一二針。可以試下瑞士，但不包括打Sinovac，先book free cancellation 既瑞士酒店.

Converting Hong Kong Vaccination Record to EU-Switzerland Proof of Vaccination
If you have a Hong Kong vaccination record, is not a citizen in one of the listed countries, or in
a rush to go ahead with your washout, you can apply for an EU-Switzerland proof of
vaccination below:

i) You will need to upload your: HKID, HK vaccination proof (from your iAM Smart, or
LeaveHomeSafe app – best to have QR code clear in high resolution)
ii) Book ONE-night hotel with free cancellation to get an address for Switzerland. You don’t
have to go to Switzerland. Make sure your full name on the booking matches whatever
identity you are using to apply for the certificate.
iii) Use Zurich as your canton (also means Zurich hotel)
iv) Apply during Swiss working hours for swift approval, you may end up waiting a few days
if you apply outside of work hours. Mon-Sun 08:00-17:30
v) Cost CHf30
- If your vaccine is Sinovac your vaccine certificate will only be valid for use in Switzerland. Not
the EU-Switzerland one that is approved for use in VTP application.
- To qualify for EU-Switzerland proof of vaccination you will need to add a booster shot that is
approved by European Medicines Agency (EMA). This concerns the following vaccines:
● Comirnaty® / BNT162b2 / Tozinameran (Pfizer/BioNTech)
● Spikevax® / mRNA-1273 / COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna)
● Vaxzevria® / AZD1222 / Covishield™ or other licensed products (AstraZeneca)
● COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
- If you are still in HK, you can go to a vaccination center to get the third shot by telling them you
are traveling. We went to Sun Yat Sen in early Dec 2021 and got our booster by telling them
we are traveling. They didn’t ask for an air ticket and for others the 6 months period to qualify
for booster wasn’t questioned.

Yes, it is absolutely ok to travel from a VTL country, using a EU-Swiss certificate, and a non-VTL
country passport to enter Singapore. Many have successfully landed in Singapore in the past two
weeks. This was confirmed by STO.

但我見好多香港人都經新加坡洗白回港，甘小朋友未可以打第三針點算？
