因為我女唔係用 Randox, 我無直接的 document link.  不過，你同 Randox做，佢應該會俾到 cert 你

i booked via Doctap, so a bit worry if Randox's cert is ok or not though  some other parents comments ok. Tks reply

叫你仔女去做 test時同clinic講，要埋張 lab accreditation

想請問大家，响DocTap （Heathrow Raddison Blu Hotel 個Centre）做3個鐘出報告嘅PCR Test（£199），是否BA同CX都會接受為有效嘅Fit to Fly證明？有一點緊急，多謝大家指教

囡囡明天國泰機，學校用機場Collinson 幫囡做test, 但冇出一張叫Certificate of Accreditation.   現在學校又找一間叫Anglo Belgravia Ltd 幫佢再做。我已經冇曬信心。請問知唔知CX 承認這間嗎？真係喊咗出嚟，明早就要check in 。

我女話佢搭機個日，班 CX的 staff好好人，見你無印到accreditation, 會幫忙印。當然你用的clinic要在佢地個 list...

學校安排在Collinson做PCR嗎？ 請學校立即問返他們取Cert. of accreditation。Belxxxx是監護人公司， 經他們安排其他檢測中心就必須要今日做今日有報告， 才可以趕到CX明天機

• A new, dedicated facility at the airport, offering pre-departure COVID-19 PCR-based nucleic acid tests.
• Effective 26 June you must have a PCR-based nucleic acid test to travel to Hong Kong. Same day results currently unavailable.
• Lab test report and certificate delivered on site or through electronic means.
• Appointment must be made before proceeding to the airport.
  

你快D去追 lab accreditation...既然做左兩間，兩間的report都要帶去機場...我上FB八下見唔見到 collison 的lab cert..有的話，我先貼

我孩在 Collinson Heathrow 做 LAMP test, iso15189 印 在test report, 另有一份 certificate of registration with care quality commission, 並沒有 certificate of accreditation, 唔 知PCR是否一樣

我囡學校星期四下午帶了她和另一香港同學在Collinson 做PCR test. 在page 2 有一份類似話間lab is registered with Care Quality Commission, 但非並accreditation. 今BS 唔俾佢同學上機呀日佢同學搭BA

有一種叫做BA話唔上得機...我覺得佢地做左成兩個月都未明香港政府要求
BA要所有文件都有hard copy
要 show/印埋呢份 certificate of registration with care quality commission

檢測報告上有檢測中心名稱嗎？

更新：阿仔昨天下午1點做Corona PCR next day test, 夜晚11點已經收到email negative test certificate, email 並不包含 Accreditation certificate, 可以email要求Clinic提供link自行download, 不過有善心家長已經在Group內post分享，衣家算係過左第一關，跟住就係期望28號可以順利上機，各位一起加油！
