Should also check if it is covered by any insurance for potential damages.

I think forum is a very good place to learn what other people think.  I am not an ESF/Kitchee parent, but my little one has started to play soccer and I just want him to have some fun / learn the sportsmanship.  Neither was found here though.

He should have apologised immediately.  So should his parents and coach.
The injured boy's parent already reported the case to the police.  So basically he is saying it is a criminal case and insurance won't help.

I am now looking at ESL's website and it says "ESF Educational Services Ltd (ESL) is an affiliate company of the English Schools Foundation and was established in 1994 to provide kindergarten education, language classes and extra-curricular activities. It also operates two Private Independent Schools (PIS), Renaissance College in Ma On Shan and Discovery College in Discovery Bay."   I think the way this matter is being handled is doing irreparable damage to the whole ESF organisation.

Is that match held on ESF campus ?  People may not have the right to take video there and publish it.  I just don't know.

Right, the adults should fight on the sideline so that the match could resume as soon as possible.  So the adults would be killing each other outside the pitch and their little ones could continue to kick each other's face in inside the pitch.  What a perfect arrangement!

What happen in 1:03 to 1:15.  

Only few adults try to "kill" each other.  Others stop them.

Right, if we see something wrong (or even terribly wrong) happening inside ESF campus, don't take any video of it because we may have no right to do so and publish it.  Likewise, if we see a robbery happening in a bank, don't take any video of it even if we could because we are within the bank's premises and we may have no right to do so.  How about the video taken on the bus about 巴士亞叔?  It was taken on the bus which belonged to one of the bus companies........

I think ESF should thank you personally.  Because of your comments and questions, the number of readers to this thread has jumped to over 4,000.  I think you have single-handedly aroused a lot of parents' interest to this case.  You have really done an amazing job.

Yes,  ESF has done a very good job too by issuing solicitor letter to arouse public concerns (ultimately, that's partially contributed by tax payers).

Personally I don't want this so called "accident" happen again.

I think it's good for parents to aware that children may actually get serious injury.

I read about this news from apple daily and just wonder what is going on.

What happened if no one take a video ?  And even if there is video, who should be blamed for ?

I just felt sorry for those little boys who just want to have fun in a  game and turn out to be focus on.
