Yes, my son's class was informed last week and my son did that yesterday.  I just knew this morning, but daddy said my son picked up the leave on the way school yesterday.  I am so glad that my son remembered that... cause he never tell me what he needs to bring school!

My son told me last night that teacher ask them to collect some leaves for Autumn theme. Not sure if it is ture, but I do it with him. At least he can share something what he has learnt.

I asked my girl yesterday night, but she said no need to bring leaf to school woh.  Not sure if she does not remember or simply NO.  Hope the later lah......though I don't have confidence to say : (

Maybe her class announced today. The teachers don't want all the children pick up leaves on the way school la.

My son never take away the textbook which is done. I have to ask him whether keep at home or bring to school. Small boy..... Sigh~_

on monday evening,my son did told me he needs to bring leaves , we just immediately pick some already yellow leaves for him. But he didn't took out to teacher maybe he think the quality not good!!so he haven't got a chop from teacher. I told him next time better tell me earlier mah.

今日收到通告有關10月11-13日校外學習, 去quarry bay park.... 但家長無得去
如果要去, 原來係要開學就同老師講做義工.  但老師從來都無問過, 我呢種十下十下既媽媽就比人out左出來啦

Don't cry....有我陪你....I don't know we can be volunteer woh......no one has asked me ah.  Or, maybe the teacher knows I have to go to work, so, don't bother to ask me to save my annual leave lah.

No worry, if you want to go, Quarry Bay Park only......we can wait for them there.  I often go there with my girl as we live very near to Quarry Bay.

Also no body asks such question wo. Yes, I guess teacher only asks mums no need to work le.....

So that means no more outing with parents arrange by school this year?

Based on your (our) logic........ Tata1668 is a full time mum woh.......so, maybe she is truely a 10 10 mama........just kiddding during lunch break, don't get angry ah : )

I wish there are still outings with parents lah.......as I love joining school outings with my girl.  Let me "think think" be a detective wearing mask in the Quarry Bay Park (so that my girl cannot recongise me) to observe them sim, another joke only......hehehe..........

Oh can't believe so many 10 10 mamas here!! I told my boy that I can't go to quarry park with him, he said it's ok to go with teachers classmates. I think it will be a good experience cause if I am there, he won't play with his classmates and runs away at the first min (he always believe his super mom can find him!)

I may go there and hide "behind the trees" to observe him. Then I can 打小報告if he doesn't follow instructions!!! Wakaka. Any 10 10 wants to join me??!

The teacher neither asked my daughter's class for any volunteer for outing... let me check the notice tonight sin...

for the leaves, my daughter asked me on last Friday, need 5 pieces of leaves with different shapes. she handed them to the teacher this monday la.

It will be a good experience for the kids.  1st time outing with classmates without parents around.  Excited for them.  I trust they will hold hands and run about along the seashore of Quarry Bay Park.......to observe the beautiful flowers there and pick up the leaves.....as well as watch the ships in the sea.

It will be good if they can play bubbles in the open spaces of the Quarry Bay Park and visit the Fireboat there tim........

Woo, Sorb, you have too many ideas la. I think we can arrange this kind of outing ourselves only! Just wonder the kids will go Ocean Park in K3...

We went to Ocean Park last week and arrived only at 4:00pm and the kids are really having lots of fun.  Their eyes open when they see a lot of Halloween character and a lot of scary mechanic animials.  My boy is scared at first but slowly dare to approach it and take picture with them.  
I think worth to go.

I am planning to do some other outing as well such as Ong Ping 360.  Just see if we could go togeher.  :)

I still do not have time to activate my annual pass to Ocean park ah!!!  Lucky they are valid for more than a year before I activate.

For "360 degree", don't go on public holiday or Sunday. I went there on 1st of Jan this year, had to queue up for more than 1.5 hours in order to get onto the cable car.  We rode on the crystal cable car.......worth of trying for once.  But our conclusion after going to "360 degree" is we prefer Ocean Park more, as with more or less the same fare, in Ocean park, in addition to riding on the cable car for unlimited times, OP has many games and Ocean Animals to see, whereas there is nothing interesting to see or play in the Ong Ping Market.

Haha, I like your point of views!

We haven't been to 360, but my son loves cable car in OP so much!  He doesn't like the new train!

Hey Sorb, let's go to OP when the kids has no school on weekday! But then... you have to take the annual leave!

GIPW, did your son take Enopi English for a few months before?  Do you know whether they will return the material to us??  3 classes already.... and I just saw the two boys running out from the classroom happily... and nothing!

Great idea on going together during weekday later.....I don't mind taking the day off as long as it is fun and worthwhile :  )

GIPW's son just joined the Enopi Eng class with your son.  Besides, based on my understanding, she is pretty hands off in regard of checking her kids' material from the interest class if no homework is required.  So, you better ask the teacher directly if you have questions instead of her : )
