Let us fax the date first, how about on 12 or 19 in Dec (Sunday)?  It will hold in late morning or afternoon.  Any suggestion for the date and venue?

I think 19 Dec 04 will be close to X'mas that is better.  Regarding venue, is this possible to held in club houses' function room?

My club house has a function room to rent. The capicity is 30 person only.  I think it is too small for us.  What do you think?

Thanks for Yvonne's great effort to organise the Music Farm trip.  Though we left early because of our little baby girl, we did enjoy the entire event. :

Hi All,

The club house of my place can only hold 30 people which are around 10 families or even less.  I think it is too small for us.  How about your side?  Will it be bigger?

I have check with YMCA, they are fully book on 12 Dec. and on 19 Dec, they only have outdoor function room (Garden, 2000ft).

1)        50 – 100 peoples
2)        2:30pm – 5pm
3)        The charge per person is HKD100 plus 10% service charge
4)        Under 3 years old will be free of charge
5)        Tea Set

Thank you for your information.  I also checked my club house's capacity is 30-40 people & can provide various sets buffet.

Could you pls issue a new topic for Kentville X'mas Party for the fixed date & people counting?  Then we can make the decision on the venue.
