將軍澳天主教聖安德肋幼稚園

其實我都有幫我囡囡報德寶幼稚園,亦都收咗佢,我見好多家長對這間幼稚園的評語都不錯.但因為我bb昏車浪,搭地鐵又要行好遠.所以想讀一年聖安德肋,如果不是太理想,再轉德寶.你仔仔讀哪間德寶?點解不讀翠茵?

未讀幼兒園之前, 亦有同仔仔報翠茵, 亦有交留位費, 雖然翠茵很近, 但地方較細, 而且聽到的評語又不是太好, 所有最後都冇讀, 仔仔讀緊寶盈嗰間．我亦有交ｋ１的留位費．

As far as I know, 聖安德肋幼稚園 is a new kindergarden which will start in the coming September.

The principle and the teachers are transferred from Kam Lam Kindergarden in Choi Wan Estate. The K2 and K3 are come from King Lam 天主教幼稚園 in King Lam Estate. Then, King Lam 天主教幼稚園 will stop running in the coming Sept. It is all because of the change of the management structure of the  天主教 schools, 幼稚園 and relevant education dept.

The existing fees for  King Lam 天主教幼稚園 is less than HK$900/mth at the moment. So, the 聖安德肋幼稚園 is a lot expensive than the existing King Lam 天主教幼稚園.

So far, King Lam 天主教幼稚園 has only a few tests or exams too. It's quiet relax and creative for the kids. It's about 10 kids or less per class. It has the optional drawing class and Mandarine class in the afternoon. And it has Parents' Club too.

In my opinion, if you are interested in the 聖安德肋幼稚園, you should go to Kam Lam Kindergarden in Choi Wan and have a look how the teachers are teaching. Or go to King Lam 天主教幼稚園 to have a look for a reference.

Please note that the existing teachers in King Lam 天主教幼稚園 will not be transferred to the 聖安德肋幼稚園.

好多謝你的報料! 我也很想了解多一點, 你覺得活動教學和現在小學是否銜接呢? 因為如你所說, 聖安德肋會較少考試和測驗, 學生沒有太大壓, 我有點擔心囡囡到小學會不習慣 ...

你覺得聖安德肋的校長和老師質素如何? 另外景林天主教幼稚園的學生一向表現又如何? 我也未決定該選保良局方王換娣還是聖安德肋 , 唉, 但又要交雜費, 差唔多到了決定的最後限期!

我也打了電話問甘霖幼稚園, 老師說每日會以活動教學形式同時教授中英數, 另每星期會有一堂半小時的英文故事分享, 和一堂普通話堂, 但現在上午班仍在收生呢!

Hi All,

My friend’s kid is studying in the 景林天主教幼稚園 and that’s why I know the changes.

After I talked to my friend last night, she told me only the Principle, supervisor and a teacher would be transferred from 甘霖幼稚園. And the other teachers would be come from the other 天主教幼稚園. She does not know the teaching strategy of the 聖安德肋幼稚園. It is better to ring up and ask Principle Chan. Her kid will study K3 in聖安德肋幼稚園. And she is thinking about to choose the 聖安德肋 Primary School or the nearby one.

I know that 保良局方王換娣 is a good one but with loads of works. Both of the kid and parents have to work hard together. As 聖安德肋幼稚園 is a new kindergarden, no one knows the problem at the moment, such as the co-operation btw the teachers, the management, etc.

The other issue we need to think about is – do u want your kid ‘to play’ or ‘to study’ in the next 3 years. Every schools have good and bad students. If the kid doesn’t like to study, it is the ‘Problem’. If we force the kid to study, we may hurt them.

My kid won’t join K1 till 2005. So, I will let u guys to think about this question first!

Have u made the final decision? Think twice wor!

If we were living in Hang Hau, I would let my kid to study in 聖安德肋 cos' I don't want too much pressure for both of us.

Secondly, I like the school with Catholic background, although it may not be the Band 1 school. (I studied in Catholic schools for 11 yrs). I would like my kid to know more about religion.

Anyway, I will let u guys know if I 'hear' any new news.
