hehehe... 其實我都有趁老師 check 緊d documents 時, 數一數張簽到紙, 我都係見到 page 1 同 2 都係 28 + 28, 不過當"立"到第3張時就唔係好記得係 6 or 8.  如果只係 62 interviews, 咁即係只有2個要被 shortlisted....唔知會唔會有d有名望 or 有勢力的人仕有唔駛沈日去 interview ga 呢?

let me share my interview experience :

we are asked to go upstairs for the interview, we noted that there are 3 tables inside, 同d好似手術室的流動布廉分開的.
We were asked to go to the table with a very pretty, young and nice teacher sitting there waiting for us.  My girl is sitting next to us, on a smaller chair and with a tray of legos.
The teacher say hello to my girl, and my girl refuse to say anything, just look at her
The teacher then ask my girl's name and again my girl didnt answer and just look at her
the teacher then ask my girl to relax

Then the teacher ask us
- why to choose spn for our girl
- who take care of her at home
- can she eat by herself
- have we started to do potty training

then she goes back to my girl and ask what she love to eat, but my girl is again refuse to answer even my husband and the teacher is trying hard to encourage her to speak and give her hints....wahhahahaa (so i said the teacher is really nice), my girl finally open her 金口 to reply

and then she become more normal and willing to speak more.
the teacher then ask her the colours of the lego she is playing and my girl can answer.

the teacher then come back to us to explain the school's approach on teaching and told us the confirmation letter will be sending out before June.

the teacher then say bye bye to us, my girl shake hands and give big hug to the teacher and say bye bye.

i think my girl score 0 in the first half, and score 70 for the second half.  And we (the parents) score 80 la as we did try hard to give encouragement to our girl...hahhaaa....

and whether to have offer or not...well...we have let God to arrange for us

but the interview experience was really nice as we already feel the patience and love from the teacher!!

我想問大家老師同你哋講係咪都係話6月前收信, 有無好似往年咁有提過 parents meeting?

以你對學校了解, 小朋友慢熱, 學校會唔會唔鍾意呢? 好擔心.... 阿囡一開始好驚, 唔敢講嘢, 到最後先肯答問題同做老師要佢做嘅嘢...

而我同老公嘅表現, 都應該ok嘅, 因為老師都覺得我地好清楚同配合到學校方向.......

仲有我臨入去 interview 前有個男仔剛剛 interview 完出來, 佢個樣好smart 又靚仔呀

我有同老師講我囡囡都係好慢熱, 佢仲話好多小朋友都係咁 ga, 唔緊要, 好多都係係屋企同係出面係表現 totally different.

當我個囡 finally 開金口答佢時, 老師仲話"wah, 似乎佢 warm up 咗 la wor"

then my interview experience is very similar to yours, in terms of the questions asked and also the performance of the kids!

my girl also did not 開金口initially, n the teacher is very nice and asked her to play and warm up a bit first.  We also explained to the teacher that's her personality and she needs time to warm up.  Luckily in the end she was willing to tell the teacher her name in chinese n english, plus her age, and she is a girl!  n then the teacher showed her the pictures, she could say who we are on the picture, plus what she was doing in the picture.  Also she managed to answer the color questions.  Finally she blew kiss n said bye bye.

All in all, i think she passes..... yet it could be better if her 金口was opened earlier!

Really dun understand why she was so scared initially, but after all, she is just a young kid!
