Dear all parents of Maryknoll,

I  know I'm a bit odd to be here since my daughter is only almost 4, now studying in K1.
Since we not religious, and we have no relation to Maryknoll, do you think that our chance of getting in to the school is zero.

Could you share your experience if your daughter need to study very hard to achieve the MCS's standard? Are MCS's standard is very high? What is the chance for the MCS primary school to get the place to MCS secondary school?
Could you advise me it is good to send my girl to this school?

老師會讀出試題的句子, 那些句子上有同音韻的字是欠了第一個字元的.  小朋友要憑老師的讀音, 填好那個字.

e.g. : There is a _an holding a _an.

If the teacher said, "there is a man holding a pan." Then the kids will need to fill in the 'm' and 'p' in the blanks.

Dear P1 moms,

Just want to make sure that we do not need to prepare our girls for the WP workbook for fill in the blanks with the words learnt.  As this will require a lot of time to make sure they understand the meanig of all the words learnt and also spelling them correctly.  Thanks.

Lovydear,

They should understand the meaning of the words as teachers already explained to them.  You can test her a few of them to make sure that she knows about it.

You should review the words with her to refresh her memory of those words in the test schedule.  This will enable her to has an idea about the words will be appeared during the test.

Anyone know if the following questions are correct or not?  I recalled that last Maths test do have these kind of questions.

a)  17 is less than 10 by 7        (       )
b)  24 is more than 12 by 12        (       )
c)  21 is less than 13 by 9        (       )
d)  15 is more than 7 by 22        (       )
e)  19 is more than 15 by 4        (       )
