要問 Boots 用那間 lab (有多間)
印間 lab 嘅 UKAS cert + schedule

請問出示Lab Cert，意思為正如出示你所列的類似那種pdf list 便可，或是要出示那Lab 的Cert之証書？

因為我果間只搵到pdf list，唔知clinic 會唔會比埋那Lab的一張完整証書
