do you find any difference of your son after change from MB12 injection to nasal spray? I have not visited Dr Trodd for long so I just want to wait and see the effect of nasal spray before trying it.  
For the ABA training, my son is still continuing the training.  I have conducted the formal assessment last week and the result is ok.  My son got significant improvement in expression. According to the test result, his expressive language has caught up with his age but the comprehension is still about 4-5 months behind.  However, as compared to a typical kid, I believe he is still far behind so I decide to continue the intensive training for further year.

Congratulation! I think the MB12 injection contributes a bit to the improvement only.  It's all your effort that makes the total improvement of your son.

Hi Siu_Ming,

If your son has sleeping problem, it will not be good to do the injection after he sleeps.  Perhaps you may ask Dr Lam if there is any alternative, e.g. any peer doctor having the clinic near your home to do the injection for you, etc.
  
In fact, after your son get used to the injection, he will not struggle so seriously.  Although my son always says "  好痛呀！" when I make the injection, he will stop crying immediately when he gets his lovely biscuit.

I use the the syringe with pre-filled B-12 which is very user-friendly.

Dear Dommon,
My child's classmate is taking nasal spray and B-12 injection together as the parents doubt about the effectiveness of nasal spray.  They don't want to miss the golden time of development of their kid.  So far so good.  They visit Dr. Ko.

Just like the classmate of the kid of Mrs. Cheung, I am using the B-12 nasal spray and the B-12 injection at the same time.  Me too don't want to risk that the B-12 spray may not be as effective.  We are also using the Glutathione nasal spray.

Kawai, me and my kid only went to the oxygen chamber once before Christmas, he acted very irritated afterwards, and I got a slightly raised blood pressure afterwards.  Looks like these are related to the dive.  But from what I read, it does amazing jobs for ASD kids and other kids with acute brain injuries.

I have been giving my son B12 injection.  Since he has the tendency to give me an answer when being giving a choice, I asked him prior to the injection if he wished to have it in the right or left buttock. Another opportunity to teach him 'left ' and 'right' !! He will make the choice and accept the injection readily.  Now, he has become more clever and asked for no injection  :

我仔仔用緊既針應該跟張太一樣. 試下忍心的搵人幫手捉著打,睇下得唔得.開頭幾次會冇咁熟手,打多幾次會好些.我仔仔每次打都照例拒絕,又話唔打,比細佬打,多多推搪.但當大家傾掂數打完之後的報酬.佢就會自動自覺除褲扒低,不竟都有一至兩秒痛楚感覺,掙扎是很正常的,每次打完,仔仔都"標"晒冷汗架.

I think what you call the user-firendly and not user-friendly ones are just the same, only difference is from Dr. Trodd's office, they draw that into the syringe already before giving them to us.  They even passed me the empty bottle some time.  Are you using the 10 mg or 25 mg ?  I find the 25 mg more user-friendly because it is much less in volume.

Dr. Lam asked me to put the bottle on the upper side of the fridge. But everytime when I took it out, the liquid inside would be ice and I must wait some time
for it to melt.. Do you experience the same?

thank you for the ensyme, I found Yu is reacting good on it and goes to toliet more easily and regularly. I will buy more stocks.

我D B12針係DR TRODD度攞, 如DOMMOM所講, 佢哋已經將每次要打的份量, 先抽好入一支支針筒內給我的(我覺得方便好多).
另外看見你話要抽成0.2ML, 我估你的B12 是 10mg/ml而不是25mg.  我而家已改用25mg, 因為份量少好多, 所以容易打好多.
另外dr trodd 的姑娘俾25mg 的b12針給我時, 已改為叫我存放b12支於雪櫃內, 而不是"冰格"

恕我多咀, 我覺得如果每次從冰格取出成樽b12, "解凍"抽出每次份量, 又再放番嗰樽b12入冰格, 好似唔係幾好. 不如問吓你的醫生, 可唔可以一次抽哂每次所需份量入針筒內, 咁每次用時便只需取出一支針便可.

正如ultramom所講,Dr.Trodd比那些針已經係ready to use.照理應該一次過整好晒再放入冰格備用較方便,每次用之前拿出室溫處解凍15分鐘,每支針筒必需用完即棄.
