Dangerous?  I don't think so, a small class with 2-3 kids.  Of course, you may go with your kid also.  I think it should be ok.

I did the story telling this morning.  It is a very good experience to me.  I find it very interesting.  The class seems enjoy listening story.  For our kid's class, the boys are very responsive.  Both Christy & Yetta also voiced out except Ellie.  Ellie looked at me firmly all the time.  But she gave me a smile at the end when all the class clipped hand to thank you me.

I asked Yetta about your story-telling last night.She told me that you told them a story about 'elephant'.I asked her again about the content.She just told me the elephant is good.Is she correct?I think Ellie is really excited in her heart but didn't express to you as her mom can share her lesson.Congraulation!

I will present the story next Tuesday.  What story you have presented?  Is it a simple one?  I have practised "three little pigs" a lot of times to my boy.  Do you think this story is a bit popular???  Most of the kids have already know this story.......?

Yes, Yetta is right.  What a good girl she is!

My story is callled 小象呀福.  The elephant 呀福 has a very long nose which is longer than the other little elephant.  So 呀福 is not happy about it and not willing to play with the others.  Everyday, he just stay alone and cry.  One day, 呀福 use his long nose to safe a little girl from the top of a slide.  All the animal think 呀福是個小英雄.  Then 呀福 starts to know that 與眾不同 actually can be a good thing.

I raised up some questions from time to time, such as "guess how did 呀福 try to hide his nose?", "who is crying ?".  The kids were eager to guess.  But on the other hand, they also asked me back questions.  Several kids asked me why the elephant's nose is curly.  I answered them because his nose is too long.  But they still asked me why.....then I was stuck !  And I didn't understand one boy's question, then I seek help from the class teacher.

I think it may be difficult to get the kid's concentration if they do familiar with the story.  I find the class were very concentrate to my story.  Maybe they really wanted to know what would be happened next.

My story is a short one.  I spent about 7 mins in the classroom.  I left the story book to the class and it will be returned to me on Friday.  Hope the kids will take a look on it.

Though the story is simple but it's great. I think you must spend a lot of time to search for a meaningful story, good job.

All moms, hope you enjoy the story telling event. I think it must be a valuable experience. I remember that there's a notice asking whether we'd like to tell story to the class sometimes ago, right? However I forgot how I respond. So far the class teacher didn't ask me to do so. Anyway, just wait for their arrangement.
