Thank you 3b and shan shan, I called the class teacher today she told me that there were total 3 students got the same disease and in the same school bus, so maybe the disease was transferd from the school bus, and she already communicated with the school bus auntie and asked them to clean up the whole bus, I hope all the students in SJC are healthy and happy. My son is very happy after he go back to school i can see his happy face everyday after school...

My son is currently in K2.  I start looking for primary school for him now.  I heard that most of the kindergarten students will not go to SJC primary school.

有表演, 有遊戲, 有抽獎(老師/家長), 晚餐以自助餐形式舉行, 我k1個年參加過, 但上年因為在冬至舉行, 所以無參加.

How come not many SJC kindergarten students go to SJC primary?  Do you know if all SJC kindergarten students are allowed to promote to primary section directly without interview or test?

我囝係直上小學部o架, P1得2班o架咋, 我地班有24人, 大約10個左右係由幼稚園直上, 而另外1班都有幼稚園直上既小朋友, 但實際數字就唔係好清楚.
至於其他小朋友, 有部份參加派位既或者入到心儀既直資學校, 咁當然唔會再繼續留係小學部, 因為始終係私校加上sjc冇中學部, 同埋每個人既要求同期望都唔同, 每間學校都有佢既缺點同優點. 咁有人接受, 亦會有人唔接受.

SJC was my only back up if my elder daughter didn't get a place from the Govenment lucky draw at the #1 choice.

I didn't bring my daughter to any interview because if I had to pay for a private school, I would rather go back to SJC with no doubt.

我囝就係因為好鍾意SJC幼稚園, 所以升小一, 我都只係同佢考左一間直資同參加派位, 但派唔到心儀既學校, 所以直升番SJC小一, 其實依家問佢, 都係話好鍾意返學, 老師同同學, 只係功課比以前辛苦, 因為係SJC K3既時候, 好多時係學校都已經做晒功課, 但依家既功課好多時都要返屋企做, 所以我囝覺得比較辛苦(當然都要睇小朋友, 每個小朋友都唔同), 佢地依家平日會有3-6樣功課, 而星期五會有4-8樣功課, 而英文同數學係用緊2年班既書. 其他課就係用1年班既書.  而默書一星期會默3次, 中, 英同eng. reading(reading唔係個個星期都默), 但中同英就係每星期都會默. 測驗一年會有4次, 而考試會有2次.
至於佢地既小學係好定係唔好, 其實真係見人見智,  每個人要求唔同, SJC每年都會有好多不利既傳聞,  在於我只要阿囝讀得開心, 課程又OK, 咁就已經夠. 至於升中, 真係好難講, 我諗冇一間學校可以保證一定入到好既中學, 同埋政策成日都改, 真係要慢慢睇.

Thanks for your valuable advice.  

My son did not like the pre-nursery school.  I had to push him to go to school everyday.  I was really tired of fighting with him everyday.

I totally agree with you.  I should let him go to the school which he loves to.
