I call them several weeks ago, they charge high than St Jo (approx. HKF560).  Also please note today there is a notice from kinder that St Jo reminds the parents must choose those 'Po mo' bus with license which I didn't aware before.  Besides, there is some po mo bus (maybe from Kowloon) stop at Wan Yan bus stop and the po mo will bring the kid cross the bridge.  This maybe a bit hard for bad weather day.

So I suggest you ask Mr. Chong :
1) The exact price
2) Do they have po mo bus license
3) Where the kid will get off and get on at St Jo.
4) Do you need to give them the student ID card

I have pay the Sept school bus fee, I will stick to St Jo school bus for this month anyway.

Remarks : I also get this po mo bus contact from other BK member only.

, first day of the school,and we are not allow to go into the classroom!!! No chance to talk to any of the parents   . Thanks god that my son quite like the new school.  
Does anyone have any information about the 'po mo' bus for Quarrybay or Taikoo Shing district?? May I have the no. pls?? ( I think there is a Mr Chong running the route!!??) My son was the first one in and last one out of the school bus, pity him!

What will you wear on Sept 9 ?  I saw some mom on Sept 4 but I don't know who is who ?  So I dare not start the conversation first cos some moms looks a bit 'cool'..

My son is in class A, he told me they are divided into 3 groups and there are 3 teachers and play lego.  That's all !!!  

What about other moms ?  Did you sons tells you more ?  Do they enjoy the new environment ?

Have you taken a look of the new books distributed yesterday??  I noticed there's a small book of English rhymes.  Wa.....very "deep" !!! My husband and I don't know some words in the book   
(my husband is always proud of his 'A' grade for English subject in HKCEE but now he's crying      )

My boy is in class A too, but he didn't mention about the grouping. He  always talk about Ms Shu , he said that she is nice and most of all - 'pretty'. He couldn't help smiling when talking about her. I think that is a good sign that he will have a very enjoyable K2.    
I think most likely I will wear a T-shirt and jeans with my hair tie up on the 9th. What about u? See u that day!!

i am so lucky that i am allowed to stay on the sch. bus back and forth to sch. on 4/9   also, i & my hubby go inside the classroom though as learned from some parents that they are not allowed to enter. The teachers are very nice and kind. My boy likes the classteacher very much.

  How nice to see u again? Jackiee, I am also forget to prepare the cheque and fill the form. I just finish this on 3/9 at night. And also buy the colour pen today.  I think this is the common singing song before but I only know the - London bridge and the No 6 . I don't sing this song before. SO, my son also don't know anymore. My son tell me they had a writing the number today and eat the cookie or number biscuit.  Have you receive the book about P.1 belong to the living area.? How about 9/9 ?

You are very lucky.  I called the bus company on 1Sept, they said St Jo doesn't allow parents to go onto the school bus.  So Sept 4 was a hectic morning for me

When I arrive, I see some parents standing outside of the classroom and watching the kids playing through the window so I did the same.  Since the kids didn't talk to each other nor the parents, so it sound quite 'serious.'   Comparing to the first day of the previous kinder, it is very different.

My boy likes St Jo because he likes the uniform.  He said he is the 'little daddy' now, he wears the same clothes as daddy's working clothes (only with no tie, he wants one).

Here is the observation for the last few days:

The school bus depart TKS 8:00 am and arrive the school around 8:50am.  Only 1 "po mo" (Ms. Ki) accompany with all kids.  There are about 15-20 kids take school bus in the morning and the return trip have more than that.  Both trip are using the same coach.  The timing for return trip is a bit fluctuated.  4th Sept was 11:35am and 5th Sept was 11:25am.  Students taking school bus would be the first batch leaving school, usually 10-15 mins before official dismiss time.

The private running "po mo" bus is a 20-seater van.  They depart TKS around 8:10 and arrive school at 8:40am.  6 boys are taking this eastern route to school.  Not sure about the number of kids for retrun trip but seems not using the same school bus.
There are number of routes running by this private "po mo" bus and they may consolidate the route according to the number of students taking the bus.

In fact, parents are ALLOWED to go with their kids on 4th and 5th but the school are not encouraged to do so.  They said that it will be soon to have a parents day (9th) to explain the school life.

The rhythm books' songs are traditional, I don't think they expected the children know all the words gwa??
We've the CD with most of the songs there, so my boy knows most of them.

You means the school staff only let your son go into the school but your wife has to leave ?   Your son gets on the bus at North Point ?  It means if I have got onto the same bus on Sept 4, I would not have been able to go to the classroom.   Oh thank you, it makes me feel better (I was told I can't get onto the bus) !

Did your wife feel disappointed ?  

It is funny that there are 3 to 4 parents walking in front of me (from bus stop to school entrance) taking photos of the 1st school days.

Dear all K.2 mum,

my boy said that there a 3 groups in the class, watermelon, banana & apple by sitting with different tables. In these 3 days, they are all playing the same "game"- building chips.   The teacher gave all boys pencil and eraser and told that there will have homework to do later. My boy said apart from cookies and biscuit, they only took water in these 3 days while the teacher said that there will have milk & other drinks later. He dares to ask the teacher today if he can play other toys in 家庭角, her answer is affirmative but for tomoro

Dear all K.2 Mum,

My son (class A) said a poem has been taught today but he has already forgot.  And they have counted 1-10 several time and clapping hands.

There is a St Jo folder contains several notice on the first day.  I signed and return the reply slips, also I put the temperature record sheet in this folder, but the folder is empty for these 2 days.  The teacher has taken the temperature record sheet, I don't have to fill it ?

My son said they can play cars today so he is very happy.  He is crazy for cars.
