listening is hard unless your kid has a lot
of opportunity to listen to Mandarin.  Eng.
listening is easy.  BTW, have you read the
article posted by cheungll?  It was about ECA
as a hobby or tactic.

My son.... he forgot to write down several items in the handbook everyday... after 2 and a half months later, I really have no idea how can I know what he needs to do la.....

我看功課簡寫表有一欄是writing，我還以為是功作紙，但囝囝都係無帶到功課薄回家，我只好叫他在白紙上寫

Same to my son.  But he said since he had done p2 of the paper by mistake last time (last friday?), the teacher said many students did the same.  I asked where the paper is now and he said he'guessed' the paper is kept by the teacher.

Besides, the handbook marked 'submit Putongua workbook 1 on 18/9.  He said they have finished it at school and collected by the teacher already.

Can anyone help?

我女話佢上堂已經做哂普通話作業 and then 即時交埋喎!佢仲報料今日有3個男仔喊,琴日就1個女仔喊.

亞囡會圈起要寫既生字架播, 你囡果本tb有圈嗎?

今日亞囡話有d 大姐姐係功課堂教佢地, 仲會幫佢地檢查櫃桶/有冇帶漏野添.

多謝各位家長的意見，我還是安排閒曰早些回校，幫囝囝清清個櫃桶仔。

收到第81 & 82頁的通告，我覺得很大壓力，

平時教佢一些生字，佢可以左耳入右耳即係出番黎， 點算好
