hi all,

it's a pity that i couldn't join the breakfast last Friday. Happy Birthday to Wingtung, Preston and Pak yin. Adrian said he enjoyed the party very much because he had cake, chips and french fries. He also got a lot of presents from the party. One of them is from Pakyin's mom (Thank you!) How about the rest? Anyway, thank you so much!!!

Our kids finally resumed their school time. Originally I speculated that Chun Him would not be 'cooperative' this morning, but out of my expectation, he is fast and his emotion is normal. That's really great!

Btw, did you know what we have to do for the parent-child activity (i.e. topic about environmental friendliness)? Do we need to prepare something with our kid and let him/her take back to school? I have no idea.....

Oh yes! Mary, thanks for the rubber. When I got the red pocket from his school bag, I asked Chun Him who gave him the rubber. He said Miss So . When I looked at the words written in the red pocket, I realized that it's from Adrian...haha.

regarding the handout of environmental protection, Miss So mentioned that the project will take place in late June (after the final exams). In the meantime, we could hand in relevant articles or newspaper cuttings for each month.

1) may i know what kind of food do you give your kids for lunch? adrian doesn't like rice. therefore, i offer him pasta. but i don't know how to make sauce (unless getting help from campbell's)...

2) Adrian also told me that ChunHim, Kenneth and Si Ching were sick. Hope they'll recover soon!

For pasta, I used to use fresh tomatos and some minced meat to make sauce. Sometimes we will use garlics and little garlic powder together with minced meat, green beans and ham to make 香蒜肉絲意粉, quite delicious!

Adrian did tell the truth...we picked up Chris early on Tuesday for CCKG interview.

For pasta, I usually add some ham, minced meat or sliced chicken with mushroom / onion to stir-fry with sweet soy sauce (similar to 茶餐廳乾炒意粉).  Sometimes, I will put the ready-made pasta sauce - 煙肉白汁, he likes to eat very much. In ParkNshop, they have a small package of that sauce for 1-2 persons.

As adrian has pasta for lunch everyday, i'm starving for cooking ideas.  For 'white sauce', i usually see them in jars and they're far too much for one single meal!  therefore, i have to rely on 'campbells'. I'd try to find the small packages as mentioned by Michelle. And i'd ask my helper to cook the 'garlic spaghetti' someday.

Mary, this is the one I talked about and you can find them in ParkNShop... taste quite good but of course, don't eat too much as more or less, they are the preserved food.

Thanks for eraser.  Preston showed it to me..the other day.  And he is now using it all the time.
Preston is not really back from his holiday yet mentally... not really want to return to school and wants to stay in the same bed with us every night..as what we did when traveling.

Anson already told me she is sitting next to Preston and she also "complained" to me that Preston always "play" her hairs and 頭 cool.  She said Preston scored 100 for the exam.

For Anson, all 4 papers scored 100.  I am so happy and brought her an ice-cream as dessert for lunch today.

Thanks for your rubber to Anson.  She loves it much and wanner return my old rubber to me.

For the pasta, you just mix and match with different foods and saurce like:
牛肉碎+(茄汁+老抽+糖+鮮茄1開4)
海鮮粒+(蒜蓉+露旬切片)
雞比肉粒+(罐頭白汁+粟米粒)
豬柳切絲+雜椒絲+(茄汁+老抽+糖)
鮮牛肉切片(不要肥牛)+(茄汁+老抽+糖+鮮茄1開4)/(老抽+芽菜)
........etc....

Tungtung sleep with us start from cold weather before lunar new year...and not willing to back to her room....:( she always sleep as "大"...she can sleep well, but we cant (as if she sleep herself, she must wake up during mid-night and come to my bed room...
