The discussion will go on forever! Most, if not all, systems have flaws, and deficiencies exist wher ... Civilization improves incrementally. Yes people discuss all the time. Parents, policy makers, educationists, community leaders, vote-seeking politicians, and internet surfers. This is what we expect to see. We all known the present primary admission system run by the Education Bureau is inefficient, painful to most users, and does not have any philosophical backing. It is almost unique in the world. The question is not about trying to justify it any more. People want change. The popularity of this topic sends the signal for change clear and loud. Any question? Ask the Education Bureau. |
