Your friend should get an acknowledgement email if she had sent the application by registered mail.  Even if she didn't get an acknowledgement, she should have received a standard email from ESF Centre on Nov 22 informing all applicants that the first round interviews would be offered after Christmas.

Hi gab,

I think my girl was fine on her interview day.
My girl has her interview with 5 kids - 3 from TY esf,
1 from Abacus esf and 1 indian girl whose I think was from other school because she didn't wore esf
uniform. The interview was last for 1 hr 15 mins in a classroom. All the kids were happy with smiling faces after the interview. The interviewer were 1 beautiful K1 teacher, the principal of BHS and an officer from supporting department of BHS.

All the parents were invited to have a short school tour with the school administrator, after the tour , some snacks and tea was served while waiting for the kids in a room.

Hope everyone have a success interview, just take it
easy, our kids will do their best !!!

I think so, cos' the mommy of my girl's classmate also told me yesterday we should know the result by this week.

We went to KJS for interview this morning.

We heard that all the 6 students of the group prior to us were accepted.

And most of the ones in our group were also accepted.   We will get the letter of acceptance in a week's time.

Yes, you may, on condition that your kid is at the right age. However, there is always a waiting list, and a priority is given to native English speakers.

Dear all,

CAn you tell me is it possible for the kid not studying in ESF kindergarten can get an interview at P1?
I am worry about that if my kid does not study in ESF kindergarten (as he was in prority 3), he will not get a chance to have an interview.
Please share your experience.
