The audition was done by Ms Eleanor Wong solely and parents cannot enter the interview room. My son told me that Ms Wong has asked him to play 2 songs, a piece of sight-reading and some aural exercises.

My son will be 5 years old at the end of this month. I've just got his ABRSM Piano Grade 2 exam result last Friday; he got 127 marks with merit.

Hi Ryancat,

127 marks for Grade Two is great achievement for a four-year old.  I think he is very promising !!   

For the APA Piano course, your are amongst the 20 best out of 300 applicants if you are selected for the second audition.  You are amongst the ten best if you are offered a place in the pre-junior or junior piano course.

Just found out that the 2nd audition for the APA pre-junior and junior piano courses were already held yesterday, with 36 finalists this year.
