The meeting adjourned at 9:55pm yesterday.  
If your girl studies full time in Pui Yen, she will receive the notice today after school.  It is about what conclusion we reached yesterday and a simple questionnarie.

Acturally, I really don't know who exactly is you on last night, but When you mentioned about Babykingdom on last night and I know which one is you finally (you are wearing white colour shirt on last night), am I right? I am sitting on the first row last night...

My son are taking school bus everyday, so I must not smiled to u on today morning, but smile here :

My son are taking half day in N class and I really want Pui Yen can keep on...and I will completed the questionnarie when I back home today

Thank you for your kind support to Pui Yen, though I am not in the position to say that, but it really is a very good nursery that I don't want it disappear from here.  You can see other parents shared the same thought yesterday night.  I have just finished the questionnaire, let's wait and see the result

As your son is attending half day school, you will receive the questionnaire by tomorrow.  Try to complete it and return asap.  A team of parents are working hard to take possible ways to solve the problem.

You were sitting on the first row last night, me too....but kept silent, as I were too shocked by the news and was digesting all parents' comments on this school and possible solutions ahead It is so encouraging that most Pui Yen parents give excellent & affirmative comments on the school.

Anyway, as Elizabeth said "Never never give up"....if all the parents of Pui Yen have the same thought and show solid support, why should such a good school close down?  Let's try our best efforts to keep it, right?!  :

My son also study in N2.  I have not received the questionnaire tomorrow.  Hope the problem can be solved.

My son is studying N3.  I have found the questionnaire from my son's homework book.  I have already tried my best to fill it.  Although the impact of problems of Pui Yen on us is really small, we are still very upset.

Oh....there are so many Pui Yen parents here actually....

It is very sorry that if it closes up finally........but I do think that nothing is impossible in the hands of God.  :-|

I feel very upset too.  Pui Yen is really a good school.  My son studied at Pui Yen when he was N1.  Now my younger daughter is studing at N class.  They have a very good time there.  All the staffs are really love kids.  May Pui Yen move to ToKwawan or other location with lower rental to make a life.

But the problem is the initial cost is too high, it is talking about a few millions. :cry:

if all the 50 half-day schoolars be turned to full day, then Pui Yen will have $100,000 more income for each month. Given their expenditure account so far, then it will largely solve the problem.

By moving to a new position with lower rental might not solve the problem as there are few addresses with its own building lot. It would bring so called 'prestige' problem. Also, the renovation costs for school use would be in terms of tens of thousands.

Also, the proposal to have one-off cut in the rental is not viable and the chance of success in the negotiated rent is very slim I am afraid. Better it would have so-called stepped rent, having a cut in the rental for the first year and with a gradual rise in the rental for the coming years but capped to the rental asking by the landlord ie the current rent will see a more successful chance. In any case, the backup of the council will obviously help the case and without a so called 'hose of water", who will back up a school of this kind which is sparlingly available in the market. It would be a pity if such good school close down. Lastly of course, fund raising by the past students or 'further financial' support from the parents will save the school from closing.

其實很奇怪, 我仔04年2月入學, 這時還有很多學生. N1有38人; N班有2班, 每班都有成20人; 當時的N2及N3人數都有2x人.  但最近我跟女兒上課, 看見N3(即我仔時的N1)一班真是很小人, 還是他們分組活動呢?

Referred by the Questionaire regarding rental want to decrease to $150,000, I don't think the owner will accept this expect he want to save PUI YEN..

Anyway hope PUI YEN back to  normal
