我揀呢間學校係因為 (1) 我地住得幾近, (2) 一條龍加全英文 (3) 有法文學 (我小朋友有加藉, 有機會學埋法文會好d), (4) 校舍環境幾好.

我都有報其他學校, 不過今年競爭好似比較大, 所以都幾擔心

咁我睇佢地又唔係想收多d $20嘅, $20 x 1000人都係2萬蚊je, 為咗咁比人唱,佢登報解釋都唔只呢個數.

不過我覺得佢地係想收多d form, 一來向外報收表數目嘅時候愈多就愈威架啦.  二來都未必個個考到個個都讀架麻, 收多d 係waiting list 佢地會有保障d.

我同你一樣諗法, 究竟仲有無位呢?

in咗兩次，每次百幾人in，加起成300人，小一得80個位。我都唔想再計 :-| 入選機會实在好低

I don't think the chance is low.
My daughter got a seat and alrady pay the deposit. She is the first batch of interview.
To share with you, the interview process for student is:
1) all student go into the Hall
2) There are many booth set up (like game booth) and let the kid to hold a kind of ticket (mark sheet) and go into each of the booth. The teach of the booth will ask questions to the kid. Some play some music instrument and ask the kid to turn around and then point out which instrument is it. (listening). Some ask to do matching, some ask about Playground, super market etc. in English (poin t out from Bigt picture). Kid also required to do soem exercise as well. There are about 6 booths.
3) after all the booths test, kid need to go up to the stage to meet the principal. Questions in English and Chinese (one of the questions asked to my daughter is that what will will do after school - watch TV first or homework first? - You know my daughter answer back watch TV first).

The good point of the interview is the kid will not affraid it as every booth will give the kid a candy once completed. Some senior students also help to bring the kid aroudn for interview each booth as well.

Don't worry, there still seats available if the still open for applicant.

Did you pay the deposit and sign the letter to give up luck draw?
I already signed it and pay the deposit. We also talked to one of the student's mother and few students on that day.
It seems the student like the school a lot and no pressure at all. Hoem work can be finished within an hour too. The first 3 years will allow them to attend what ever classes to develop thier talent and then see what the student good at and like, then fully develope their skill from then.
I also heard soem student talk to each other in English whiel que up for school bus.
Overall, the impression is so far so good. My only concern is location as I live in Ma On Shan, so I am waiting for Pui Kui and then decide which one is good for my kid. I may need to move house to SSP if needed.

I think you have done a lot of research abt this school before you made the decision.

May I ask yr opinion , since my son also accepted by the school. The vision of the school which I basically
recognised & also I'm quite fond of it , one of them is they're using English as the major teaching media. I  learnt that Delia Primary School is also English basis & multi-culture school, but why not so many people talking abt this school, is the standard very low ??

FYI.  My daughter seat in the interview which held on Oct 15 and I rec'd school confirmation this Tuesday....
