Oh! Please don’t take it personally.  

It is not my intention to argue this or that.  There is nothing absolutely right or wrong.  Biden said he can tell the right from wrong which I don’t think so.

I am also just wanting to share my knowledge in this field and what is happening in HK banks.  People may do fact check before accepting it or not.

In HK, most people are money driven (please it is only my observation, 不喜勿插）, any jobs higher than $30K for graduate have keen competition.  You can calculate the no. Of graduates to the number of such job openings.

金管局 MT(2023/24） 印象中都有 4萬。
金管局應該唔使跑數。

金管局都有數要追，不過唔係sales.  入面有好多KPI而都好難搞，佢哋入面有個「普惠金融部」，不停要求銀行做返的照顧弱勢社群的事，包括去偏遠地區開分行！ 銀行見唔賺錢，睬你都傻！

成個新常態，很多時會議、見客、mentoring and coaching 都係線上模式。

慳返好多時間，即係金錢！
